I love this video!! Can you teach us how to apply horizontal transitions to vertical video, I’m struggling a lot with this and I can’t find good vertical transitions
I really have to say, you motivate me to work more and more with motion. It's almost silly that I didn't realise the possibilities of different individual customisations earlier. But now, when I want to adapt transitions from the fundus of the last few years to my needs, for example, the "open in motion" option is often not displayed. Is there a way to experiment with purchased elements anyway?

Is there a way to create transition A and B separately? I'm trying to create a loop video with a transition where transition A would go in the end of the video and transition B would be the beginning of the video, creating a loop effect, but it doesn't work, it plays the whole duration of transition A and B even if there's no clip next to it
Throw clip A and B with the transition into a compound clip. Then find the middle of the transition on your main timeline. Create a cut there, and then place part B at the beginning of your timeline. Should make a loop! Let me know if that doesn’t make sense

@ that would be something you’d want to do inside of FCP! Just select your A and B clips (with the transition applied) then right click and select compound clip. That should get you set!
Great idea! I’ll see what I can do! I made an old video on a “whip pan” transition. But it was when I was just learning Motion and I don’t think the results are very good anymore 😂 stay tuned!
