There are things in the formula that really shouldn't be penetrated with injury, like a Vitamin C derivative, DMAE. Mira from Skin Science discusses it in my Growth Factor video. When we are medical microneedling (.50 or above), we want very simple ingredients that are ingredients that are already found in our skin, like hyaluronic acid and growth factors.
