Nordic-Track was a really popular brand in the early to mid 90's, so that line is poking fun at how old he is, watching his glory days (8 mile) while he does cardio (which prevents him from having heart-attacks). Lol. Ems words go much deeper than most people realize. His shit is so intricate, people really ought to look up youtube videos where people break down and analyze his bars, rhyme structure, double/triple entendre's, etc, etc---and his shit is so complex its mind boggling. Honestly I think the Diddy/Pac thing was just an easy and very blatant way to imply that he will never have a hit rather than divert attention from the issue between Em and MGK since everyone around the community knows the theories. I mean if he did do it he will never admit to it and if he didn't do it there's nothing admit to so he wouldn't do it either. Eminem has become so good at hiding double meanings behind everything he says that people try to find meanings behind things that sometimes are just meant to be taken from the surface.

I think the meaning behind the Diddy line about Pac is intended to be misleading and vague. Everyone will jump to the conclusion that Em is ratting Diddy out for the death of Pac (see Casanova's comments) but he is actually talking about Diddy causing the death of MGK. Someone pointed out on another video comments that MGK has Pac-man tattoos. Em also set that bar/verse up earlier in Killshot when he said that MGK got the OK from DIddy to go ahead and diss him. He also set it up when he was on IG earlier in the week playing a Pac-man video game. There is more! Under all that is a message to Joe Budden. If you listened to the Joe Budden podcast after Kamikaze came out, Joe said if he replied to Em, he would take out not only Em, but people in his circle also. I think he was telling Joe that he would do the same thing and Diddy ended up being a casualty in Em's reply to Joe.
On another note, there is double in triple interpretations in damn near every verse of Killshot. Those that don't want to think deep and want everything handed to them on a platter won't/don't get it. Em went with the essence of what face to face battle rap is all about. No hardcore beat, no repetitive hook, straight bars and lyricism. Killshot isn't meant to be played in a club like Back to Back (not dissing Drake).

The Swazye Line was definitely referring to the movie "Ghost" with patrick swazye. "I say one call to interscope and your Swazye (ghost)". Meaning if he wanted to really shelf him he could have.

I think he was referring to Ghost because he would be a ghost at interscope (not there) and not necessarily dead. Also Patrick Swayze died of cancer and is super beloved especially for people Em's age. I doubt he would make a joke about Patrick being dead instead of praising him for his role in Ghost which is like an major classic movie. Also the anniversary of Patrick Swayze’s death from cancer is on the same day this song was released and the day Pac died. Eminem is on a whole other level.
