If you look at the way he is talking, you'd say he's smart in a way. But nothing he says means anything. This guy is literally soulless. He was born that way.
Sociopathy doesn't work that way. In sociopathy, your emotions are covered by a thick cloth of suffering and emotional trauma, but you can't just make people emotionless. You can't turn them into robots; they still have consciousness and they can recover with adequate care. I think that I'm an example of that.
And if you look at the crimes he committed since he was very young, it's obvious that this guy is a psychopath. He's a compulsive, manipulative liar; a narcissist; he literally has no empathy and he doesn't accept when people say "no" to him; he plays everything off cool; he fakes his entire persona. I'm pretty sure he also tortured some animals.
