I had to watch the video because I was looking at the instruction for the mount for the booster bracket said to mount plate one way and mine is spot welded to the firewall
My emergency brake light connector has two wires. Not one, I can assume that I find the hot wire and ground the other ? I didn't see any info in my brake kit from Duff. No instructions for wiring new switch. Nothing on Duff.com either.
That is correct. hook up the hot wire to the new single wire plug and cap the other one. We had a video shot that explained this but it wasn't quite right in other areas and then other things happened and we just never finished it. Hoping we can get it finished this year...
@@BroncoGarage The white top broke in my hand removing from the baggie. Hooked it up as you pointed out. Fired up rig worked once, tried again, didn't. I will leave it unhooked up. lol Thanks for the tip.
76 bronco , installing this kit and brake booster rod is way too long, i cannot get my master cylinder to push fluid to the rears. I adjusted the rod to be as short as it can and still too long. any advice?
Hey David! Is the rod you are referring to for the pedal or the master cylinder? Or should I say on the front or back of the booster-bracket assembly? You can also hit up tech@dufftuff.com for a quicker response. Thx!
Nice work. At Fire It Up Garage we love Broncos!
Great video, I ordered that whole kit from you guys and I'm ready to install it now

Hey mike, how about doing one on adjusting the emergency brake to go with you drum brake series.
Cool video. Thx
Working on a remote booster that will fit with my setup and not hit my custom front tubing.
Any ideas?
I would look at Wilwood products for remote boosters and master cylinders.
