100% correct. Know your worth! If all truckers start to refuse low rates the rates will increase. Also money should be paid within a week once load has been delivered. Truckers aint a bank!! You have to pay immediatly for feuel etc. Good luck!

Cash equipment is the best way starting out. I was a truck mechanic before so I definitely believe in working on yo own equipment .You starting out with with more knowledge about the game than I had at the time. Would always recommend start with the truck you want if possible. You got a reefer, call some direct customers in the area. Guarantee they will work with you. C

Killer truck brother. I'm a 24 year old white boy from Detroit, and I'm currently on my way to getting my CDL. My goal eventually is to work as a company driver for a little while, and save save save my money to buy me a mid roof KW W900L with a Cat C15 6nz, and a 18spd. But my with that, I want to eventually grow a small trucking operation of maybe 5 trucks (nothing crazy) just so I can get all my homies trucks they want to ride in, and make some good money. I know it's a lot of work, but I'm not affraid of work. I just want to build something that benefits all of us, and in the hopes that it can become something greater than myself. I know the market is crap atm, so this probably wouldn't be for 2-3 years from now. But watching your vids, the past few days, and others like it, for the past few years, it's really helped me to figure out what I want, and how I want to be. I figured I'd share my story, just to let you know that your vids are getting through to people. Keep doing what's best for you, and your fam. Stay safe, stay 💯.
