You preheated the oven to 180C and then on your blog it was written 16OC but you never said if you had lowerd the oven heat when you added the filling so my question was it baked at I6OC or 18OC? Thanking you Joel. Would love to make this quiche. Oh and é cups of cream would be how many grams? I don't have cups. Thanking you again.

Yes you turn it down to 160C once you place it in the preheated oven. It's roughly 250g per cup I think.
