Hi there! Thanks for the comment! I'm working on two videos right now - (1) creating sushi vinegar seasoning and (2) another video about a small town I love in Northern Honshu Japan. Make sure that you purchase a SEASONED rice vinegar. Consider using one of these - (1) Mizkan's Vinegar Sushi Seasoning (2) Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar (3) Kikkoman Seasoned Rice Vinegar (4) Nishiki Sushi Vinegar or (5) OTAFUKU sushi vinegar. All of these options are diluted rice vinegar combined with sugar and salt. That's what makes it 'seasoned.' Pure/Common rice vinegar won't work well. Hope this helps!!! 🙂

Yep. I always catch myself too later on that one. I have always struggled with remembering whether it needs an 'e' or not. Glad you caught it. You definitely caught one of my 10,000 blunders in these videos, LOL. Good catch! 🤣
