Thank you. In some cases, pure rice vinegar with sugar will turn the ginger to a very light, muted pastel pink color. Almost a thin flesh color. However, when you purposely add the pink tips to the vinegar, the color of the tips slowly spreads through the vinegar making the pink color noticably deeper and darker. Thank you again for the message. I greatly appreciate it.
Most definitely! Sure - I'll start working on that one and it will take about 14-17 days to complete it. Just to make sure I 'hit the target' - you'd like a video that explains how to cook sushi rice and create the sushi vinegar mixture. Is that correct?
This is absolutely FABULOUS!! Thank you for sharing! Can’t wait to get home to do this!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Informative. I always thought ginger came pink, naturally. I don't really like ginger, but I do like impressing people. So I can still use this video.

Great video! How long does this ginger last?
Thanks for the comment! About 3 months or longer. It will mature with age until it has a fantastic flavor...but after 4 months, I would be skeptical.
Can you do a video on how to cook sushi rice and the rice vinegar mixture?
