INGREDIENTS:-
SERVINGS:- 4
FOR BOILING RICE:-
1 cup rice
1 litre (approx) water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
½ lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp oil to sprinkle oil over boiled rice
FOR FRIED RICE:-
1 tbsp oil
7-8 minced garlic 🧄
1 medium sized finely chopped onion 🧅
1 small sized finely chopped carrot 🥕
1 small sized finely chopped capsicum 🫑
8-9 finely chopped French beans
¼ tsp red chilli flakes
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
cooked rice (cooled)
spring onion greens
GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION GREENS
