First Batches always have glitches Lol, Hey when was your batch created it says it in the bottom of the box, I had one that had audio issues on the realest date, i returned it, received the second batch created on July 22 all good now. I Also ordered a Flip 5 512gb version for my wife, the Flip 5 with 512gb l will do video comparing both side by side

He talks about the same issue you had with your unit's cover screen and there were others that experienced the same as well. I ordered 3 phones now on Amazon prime because they all had the falling off issue. Mine was at the bottom corners ffffffff... I can't believe it's actually a thing
@@DanielsTechStudio you gotta be joking me. Okay so this is my third one. My first one was glacier blue. The glass was legit I mean all around completely flawless. But it wouldn't charge right. Second one was magenta red.. glass was obviously coming off from the bottom right corner when phone is closed. Outside glass. Third one is this black one I'm using. Glass is intact but the right side again is not as flush as the left side. Fck!!!!
Trust me, Motorola and Amazon do not care lol. That sucks. Hope you're able to get your refund. I won't be getting any Motorola anything on Amazon anymore
The cover display is the only area that the Razr Plus is better than the Flip 5. I actually wanted the Razr Plus but got a much better deal on the Flip 5, so that's what I got. I'll be getting software updates for five years with the Flip 5, which I couldn't get with any Motorola. I used my old Galaxy S10e that I wasn't using as trade in collateral which meant I was able to keep my Galaxy S23. So, if by chance I need to use DeX, which I seriously doubt because I never have used it, I will have that option. A couple of years from now I will use either my Flip 5 or my S23 as trade in collateral to upgrade my wife's phone.
I would definitely pick the flip 5 if I had to pick one as well. Also, funny you mention dex cause Motorola phones have a dex equivalent called Ready For.
@@DanielsTechStudio I mentioned DeX because the big negative a lot of people are bringing up is that the Flip series doesn't have DeX. Most people getting the Flip couldn't care less. The main reason I'm getting it is to have a small phone that won't fall out of my pocket that becomes a big phone when I need it to be.
Yeah exactly. I have only ever used dex on Samsung tablets. Never felt a need to use it on a phone and the use case for a flip phone doesn't really match for dex/ready-for either.
