It takes time to work these people out. I had a friend like that. Once he realised he couldn't control me anymore. He lost interest. Oh well, it's his loss...!!! He should learn to treat people nice in the first place. But they are not able to do that and the other persons feelings, nor accept someone's boundaries... They have very low self esteem for themselves and no respect for others.... I've learnt my lesson with these kind of people. Avoid them like the plague if you can..

He tried to dominate me til i told him not to yell at me. OmG the rage in text & then in person was crazy! It didnt bother me to much, he was nice a couple days later. Then i passed him on the sidewalk & he flew off at me so bad. Thats the rage that hit my core. Really spaced me out for months!
My ex covert narcissist sociopath only text me from fake numbers not telling me who he is and says hey, what’s going on or hey are you busy. And he uses area codes from particular states that we use to talk about. It’s so odd.
I'm thinking the guy who messaged me that I poured my heart out to was him. When I got the gut feeling I blocked him. I was a mess & I needed someone to pour it out to. Idk, he said something that made me think it was him

I saved everything I found out about him on intellus (background check) includes social media user names. I wrote it down 3 years ago and went to look at it once I added the only social media I had which was then ticktock. Yep it was him. They are fuel junkies they love both positive and negative fuel. And never go on dating websites or talk to strangers on social media. I have been studying this for over 3 years now. That’s where most of them flock. I’m sure it was him. They want to see how broken you may or may not be. It’s called oneupmanship. They always and forever want to one up you. As you feel bad they rise and feel more powerful with themselves. Also another thing that is interesting dual mothership. If he has ever compared you to his mother, your such a good person, you have a pure heart just like my mother. Comparing that is called duel mothership. Also another note to take in not all people with NPD has ASPD, but everyone with ASPD has NPD. I remember the first time I got together with a narcissist one of my friends said too my other friend his words were she will bleed him dry I should of listened but at the time I thought no way that someone so beautiful can ever do anything like that and how wrong I was stay no contact life gets better ❤

1) They keep your belongings with them to use that as a reason to get in touch again (as a hoover) in the future. As in they would contact you about wanting to return your stuff. So they would love to have an alibi for reaching out to you because they hate looking weak (i.e. reaching out to you because they needed your supply and they caved first). 2) They leave their belongings with you so you are constantly reminded of them. Knowing you are constantly thinking/reminded of them gives them thought fuel. There are two types of fuel you can provide a narcissist: A) Proximate fuel: Them being able to directly see/witness you agonizing over them (ex: you calling/texting, begging, apologizing, stalking, etc...) B) Thought fuel: Them indirectly imagining you in tremendous pain and agony because they left you/broke up with you, they gave you the silent treatment or even flat out ghosted you.
Sometimes it’s a trade off. If you gave them gifts or took them to restaurants they might figure you can keep those things as recompense. They clearly don’t want to face you to collect them. If you know where they live you can mail them or deliver them yourself. If you know the approximate value you can send them money. I would do what I could to get rid of them or store them properly. Either way it’s baggage.

We've been broken up about 6 months now. And she still has my things.. We bumped into each other 6 months ago, and she asked me if her things were still in my car.. I had given them back to her, I thought she get all of her belongings.. Until I got home, popped my trunk open, and noticed she left her coffee mug, that has her name on it.. This might sound a bit crazy, but I've had so many detailed dreams about my ex narcissist, ever since the discard.. And I also feel her energy around me everywhere.. It's so draining.. Sorry for the long message.. It's just so much, I've been going through behind the scenes

Why do they come back for you but then when all of the hurt has changed you and you are too hurt to even be the same with them they tell you that you’ve changed and actually they don’t love you anymore and leave you again?
It’s a game. You’re trying to use your own rationale and your own empathic behaviors and feelings as a way to try and understand the what and why of what they’re doing. Why do you want to understand what they’re doing? More than likely so you can alter your behavior to accommodate them. Read the Bible. They are evil. Evil is real. The Bible is life’s 101 how to manual. We are living in a world of good versus evil. Stop looking at them as a human being and projecting your good feelings onto them. Stop trying to see the good in them. They are a shell of a human being operated by a spirit of evil. Some great movies that represent this would be Denzel, Washington in the movie, Fallen, or the movie, Constantine. The entity who treats you that way is doing it on purpose because they like to hurt you. They enjoy watching you get upset. There’s nothing to try to figure out except to know in your soul that they have no soul. You’re just gaslighting yourself. The cognitive dissonance is so strong I get it. You’re trying to hold two opposing thoughts at the same time. 1)This person has been so good to me 2) but yet they do horrible things to me …so they must have some good in them so I’ll hold on to the good and be understanding through the bad. The good they demonstrate is the trick or the deception so that they can hook you and then be bad right in front of you and you’ll do nothing to stop them. They are very sick evil people.

I didn't get the fake number text but the phone calls, been going on for almost 4 months but he doesn't say anything but these numbers are invalid and sometimes in the evening/night, for awhile I didn't think to much about it intill I heard about it on other narc channels
