Not always! It depends on if having it will be beneficial to your reader as a visual aid there is no requirement for it it's just another tool to use

Why is it not good for interviews? Can you clarify what is better way for interviews if so?

Usually because in an interviews you have so many words across so many transcripts that themes are better presented in other ways. Using a word cloud for interviews don't really give accurate representations of most common words given compared to open ended specific questions.

The steps in the video are what you should do, so not sure why it's not working for you. Make sure your transcript is uploaded and make sure you have it set to at least 100 words
