With Flipper opening in 2005----Bruce and I stole a whole roasted chicken from catering, and munched it with various guests. We threw the bones at the fake Ramones, the Las Vegas sham act that Joey would vomit on, so we in principle helped him. Punk doing tribute bands---what? Suicidal was great: there were 30 foot stage dives from kids running from the back of the stage. Kamakazis from the stage. " Who say they where there when they werent." Yeah that's me in all black but for the yellow Flipper Fish pogoing on the extreme right on stage during I SAW YOUR MOMMY, Mike Belfer of The Sleepers standing next to me. One kid did a full flip and the crowd caught him---- that's the ST Church. The Muirs built a culture: Jim, Dogtown Skates, and lil bro Mike got it on stage: " 5 year plans don't work....". Fuck "Commerciality." And now it's an "army" damn right. ..
