Back in the days the arcades were saturated by tons of games like these, which is why it's so easy to overlook some of these classic gems. some of these games could be ported to handheld or smartphones. I personally think some of these games still look amazing
Yeah, I see a lot of comments for this game that seem to be based around kids being impressed that a game from 1993 could have graphics like this, but this was pretty standard arcade stuff at the time. I mean, 1993 was also the year we saw the release of _Virtua Fighter_ . It just reminds me how quickly games technology evolved within one decade. It was a very exciting time to be alive.

This game has sonic jump pads, magic sword chests and partners, street fighter shoryukens, even the mortal Kombat coin at the end of stages in it! Amazing.
For those that don't know, if you play this game in the two-player mode, and both characters are *alive* when Gustaf is defeated, you will get a good ending.

In a way, but in a way fitting too. In an actual arcade, at least in my experience, it was next to impossible to hear the music of the game you were playing.

This game may be from 1993, but it has a lot of complex programming stuff going on. It is really well made.
Between "Shoot me in the back" and that noose hanging from a tree, I'm guessing life on this planet is pretty miserable.
That main character looks like a male version of Charlotte from Samurai Shodown.

The game has two endings. The good ending seems to be only obtainable when playing two player mode.
