For some bikes the engine needs to be warmed up first. Need to check the manual.
Can also sit on the bike and use your phone to take a video of the oil glass
I assume you have to let it cool down a bit after the warm up? Maybe the manufacturer oil level is based on engine with some oil in the parts and not all in the sump, but yes always good to check the user manual.

Oil is black! And i hear its best to start/after riding and wait like you said 10mins or so then look and check. But if you have a window glass you can just check it whenever when its off.

Some manufacturers state to check when cold, some will say check after cool down from running. If you check immediately after turning off the engine, the oil has not flowed down to the sump so the level you see may be incorrect. I guess the key concept is to let the oil flow back down before checking.

@@Jason.cbr1000rr It's not all black, semi transparent.. I just had the oil changed not long after this video, no issue with the used oil when inspected by the mechanic.

I realized my zx25 engine oil has reduced and i have topped up around 150ml to be the same level after 1st service. Is this normal for a new bike ?
Sometimes that can happen due to evaporation, if it keeps happening often, like the level always drops a lot, then it should be checked further.
Otherwise if you don't see any oil leaks or white smoke when the engine is running, I would say it's fine.

What if the level is not clear or blurry ?
Do you mean the glass is dirty? It shouldn't be blurry.. Unless your oil is dirty? Dirty oil is not a good sign..

Every motorcycle has an oil level check, even my little 125cc has it, that's the dip stick way of checking.

You mean the o-ring seal around your engine cap can fall off? Have to do it carefully then..
