Relaxing art POURING video with music / teaching session

Watch this satisfying art pouring video with music to help you relax or sleep, or just to inspire! This was a session I did with a student and her results were amazing! Watching the process of the paint pouring art evolve before your eyes with calming music is truly a great way to turn off spiraling thoughts, relax and let sleep come. It also is very good creative inspiration for your mind! We are all creative--just in different ways... watching creation videos of any type will be fodder for your creative mind.
Turn off the 11pm news, turn off your gaming devices, and enjoy bright colours swirling on a canvas. Honestly, there's nothing like it!
