    Whether ita hyenas driving off a lion or seals driving off a shark, Im always amazed to see how easily dangerous predators are scared off by hordes of smaller ones.

      Not really scared off its more so to not lose any energy on something unnecessary. Especially in shark cases where they sometimes how to go months without food so they have to preserve strength. Shark already had a kill so it was enough for it.

    Wow! Absolutely amazing. Always wanted to see this happen with wildebeest and lions but never thought seals would do it against sharks! They have sharp canine teeth so their bite would be formidable. Prey species are evolving to be a lot more aware, cunning, and intelligent.

    In the begining if the seal went straight for the rocks it could have escpaped from the shark. The moment it started to get away from the shore I knew its the end.

    Wow! The shark wacked it with its fin! The seal flew through the air & landed at a convenient spot for the shark to be able to take it in with it's jaws wide open! Amazing strategy, but so sad for the seal though!

      The seal was doing great for a while...just needed to hold on a little longer but the moment the dorsal fin hit the seal, I knew it was over. Any control the seal had was now lost and it was more reactionarily defending rather than offensively evading.

    as long as the seals are aware where the shark location is, most of the times they can avoid the attack, Seals are fast too and very agile.

    :25. The agility on the shark to rapidly change directions 180 degrees is absolutely remarkable. If you watch closely you can see him use his tail to rapidly disperse water. Allowing him to be as nimble as something 1/8 its size.. 🤯🤯🤯🤯

      Just pure guess: probably not much. Orcas are way smarter than sharks, and they also act in groups.
