- The plaintiff claims he broke a tooth on a rock when he bit into his eggs at the defendant’s diner. He claims the diner’s owner said he’d pay the dental bill but then backed out. He’s suing for the cost of an implant. The defendant says he always doubted the plaintiff’s story, especially since he waited months to have the dental work done.
Case 29-020
Such a scam artist.. he had that rock in his pocket so he could get that dental work paid for.
😂🤣
Lmao!!!!😂
Also if you are eating eggs, you are not biting down hard enough to break a tooth. If you were eating whole almonds, maybe.
Exactly
Yes!!!
His own evidence turned him in.😂😂😂😂😂
There's no end to what you'll find on these cases!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Plaintiff is missing a tooth. Guy in hallway lacks a brain. "I never found a rock in my food because I never ate in your restaurant " what a tool
😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
I've bitten down on bone in food (pebble size) but my reflexes or nerves or something made me aware of it quickly and I fished it out of my mouth
4800 for an extraction, he should thank the cook!
Douglas needs a raise for peering into that guy's mouth.
That was gross. He has no couth. Grabbing his tooth on national tv.
I know right, I agree. lol
🤢
@Charles Kelp thats demeaning.
💀💀💀
What an insult to Judge Milian for him to think she wouldn't be able to figure out his con. Not only because it was a pathetic attempt! Also because she's an intelligent woman.
It was clearly a scam. The restaurant owner also got his number real quick!
The dental paper she read said RT (she read it out loud) Ty stands for right not left
1st case; Dentist clearly stated left side tooth not his right side. Plaintiff was trying to scam restaurant owner. Plaintiff most probably brought the pebble himself and tried to con the restaurant to pay his dentist bill.
What do you mean first case? It’s the only case.
What a dope! He didn't think the Judge would actually call the dentist to verify his story! Ha ha!
Technically the doctor said HIS left side not our right side . It’s backwards in dentistry
That poor man was served scrambled eggs with rocks in them. That must have been traumatic lmfbao
The defendant hardly had to say a word. The scam talked for itself!
I wish it was that easy to get my Dr on the phone 😁
Me too
I wondered that too. I imagine there was some level of preplanning.
I'm sure he told them what day he was going to be in court and asked them to be ready if they called.
😂😂😂😂
They did a lot of editing to get that part in the show. I'm sure it took at least 30 minutes if not longer.
That is the stupidest plaintiff I've seen in maybe ever. He didn't even know which side of his mouth the dentist was talking about. Real genius. 🙄
that's an error on her part too. teeth are easily identified by numbers. she wasn't THAT smart.
He knew he was just committed to the lie
@@brunolidade And nobody refers to their teeth by numbers other than dentists.
@@brunolidade the dentist clarified.
Lmao! This dude reminds me of a 5 year old. He didn't realize just how dumb and moronic he looked and sounded. He's one of those guys that are so dumb that just his appearance is so funny you can't help but laugh at him. The way he was pointing at his so called baby tooth and putting his dirty finger in his mouth was hilarious. Just like a lying little kid trying to prove he's innocent. "But I'm not lying@! See! Look at my baby tooth! See!@ See!"🤣🤣
He was lying through his teeth including the baby tooth!
LMAO
Including his rotten baby tooth. The plaintiff is a total douchebag
🤣🤣🤣🤣
No pun intended lol 😂🤣😅
NICE🙌🏾!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍🏾
You would have thought he would have brought his wife with him as a witness - but maybe she said no because she knew he was lying!
He had a rotten tooth and planted the stone.
As someone who has broken a tooth randomly, it does not always bleed.... it doesn't always even hurt.
Very true. He’s still a scammer though 😂
@@1rage17 lmao
That's nice, but that's not the part of the testimony that hurt him. I think the word scammer is overused, but this was a clear case of "trying" to scam...
@@1rage17except the dental paper she read clearly said RT which stands for right side NOT left side the judge misunderstood
@@deemcgriff4196coulda swore the judge read the paper and said RT which stands for right not left
I didn't believe him in the beginning.
yeah, because he didn't save the tooth, but saved the rock or pebble!
He is a dumb scammer
You could tell he was lying. He couldn't even convince himself with his own fairytale.
Me either.
Poor Douglas had to go and look into that creep's gaping pie hole. 😮
@Jay Ro The comments on this case are hilarious!
@Jay Ro Proctology.... isn't that when a doctor looks up your A__?
For real!!
That description was accurate & disgusting 🤣
The plaintiff looked like he was going to pop the defendant mafia style!😱
Right!! I felt threatened watching this case
Right at the end right? That pointing of finger like you better watch your back! I would’ve gotten a restraining order against him immediately lol
@@rsarahi14 yep, I was thinking the same thing.
Trying to pull a con job on nation tv is unbelievable. lmao
ya i cant believe this was even a case lol
A scammer trying to extort money.
He had a rotten tooth. Dentist told him it needed to be removed and implant placed. It broke because it was rotten and he wanted the restaurant to pay for it.
mmhm pretty much.
This guy really doesn’t know his right or left, he’s acting like we can’t tell what his left is
Lmaooooooo! He plays too much. YOU handed her a paper from May & got mad that the Judge asked the Dentist about a visit from May 😩😂😂😂. Go pay your bill sir
He can't...that's why he scammed...
The plan also stated June not too mention she even read the part where it said RT which stands for right not left!! She was confused
When she smiled and had to explain to a grown man which side of his mouth is left I fell outtttt!!!
I cannot trust anyone who can't close their mouths when they breathe.
lol😂
😀😀😀😀😀😂😂😂😂
😂
💀💀💀💀💀💀
😭🤣🤣💀
The ‘pebble’ was probably the actual tooth or at least part of it. I had a bad tooth that needed to be removed and in between the diagnosis and the date it was supposed to be removed I was eating bread when I bit down on a ‘pebble’ - it was a piece of the tooth and it looked and felt like a white pebble.
Scam artist! The defendant's smile when the plaintiff was busted gave me life
If the plaintiff was in Judge Judy's courtroom, she would've shut him down.
I would have loved to Judge Judy’s response to him
Judge Judy is life 🙌
Judy would laugh laudly and says he was a fool scammers
Judy sucks. I can easily be a judge too if all it takes is to dismiss every case. "You are a fool, your case is dismissed."
Well… Judge Milan shut him down too, so…
The plaintiff has such an attitude
The tooth man was a scammer.
I have never heard of an adult like the plaintiff who looked to be in his mid 50’ s having a baby tooth. 🦷
Yup. Happens. Also, some people don't develop adult laterals - the teeth on either side of your central two teeth (upper and/or lower, but I've seem more missing upper than lower laterals).
It does happen but is rare
I still have U
I am 47 my sister 45 has the same retained baby tooth U
i had 2 molars on the bottom that were baby teeth that had no adult teeth behind them and they lasted me about 30 years
My Mom is 83 and still has 2 baby teeth. Crazy!
I shouldn’t be laughing bc I have a tooth that’s given me hell but I love how the plaintiff keeps his mouth open to remind everyone he lost a tooth 😆
Yes, he was being dramatic!
Clove
me calling my doctor: *rings
machine: “please hold”
*one year later...me:💀
😆
I knew from the jump he was lying
Me too lol
by his accent
He knew he was screwed the moment she wanted to talk to the dentist. He may not have had the procedure done in May, but he was put on notice his tooth was in bad shape. Also he most likely would have been in a lot of pain with the tooth rotting. Even if his wife came as a witness it would not have changed the outcome. The bill damned him from the very start.
That's an old scam
I dont believe him. Roach. Or hair YES but a rock. Nope nope nope
@batonbeauty Its how the rich stay richer.
It's like a roach being put in restaurant food in order to get a free meal.
He said his wife said where's your tooth just from looking at him, so how did she see it? He has to raise his lip and open his mouth to be able to see it.. she wouldn't have been able to just see it.. and said he didn't know the tooth fell out at first. He couldn't find the supposed missing tooth because he didn't lose The tooth. He wanted that cafe owner to pay for his dental work.
Good point!!
I watched this case two times and you will notice how bad of a liar the plaintiff is.
First he says the waiter put the rock in his pocket.
He also keeps pointing to the wrong side of his face when he's talking about the missing tooth.
His wife probably punched that rotten tooth out of his lying mouth.
@@KeelyB2318 lol yup!
Thank you for posting these clips. It's great to have them coming from the official RUclips channel.
He tried to get his crappy teeth paid for after failure to care for them... like I tell my children "you only need to brush the ones you want to keep" 🤣😂
I'm surprised the judge put up with that scammer as long as she did!
How there’s a pebble in his breakfast especially with no tooth? Doesn’t add up
This is a case of the plaintiff failing to tell the tooth, and Judge Milian saw right through his con trick.
This is a great guide for spotting a liar. First, they base their lie on a grain of truth. When investigated, they expand their story and add new pieces. When they are called out, they panic and will say even the stupidest thing, looking you dead in the eye, trying to convince you one last time. Finally, they will try to blame everyone else and erupt.
I don't know about anyone else, but I chew with my BACK teeth 😒
Especially eggs!
L side of his mouth. He wanted the implant paid for. Where is the tooth....oops it was rotten
I was thinking his tooth broke and that was the hard thing he bit down on🤷🏽♀️ but no I guess he really is a scammer
Liar liar pants on fire. He had all this planned out. Plus that pebble is way too small to crack a tooth. They should check their cameras
I'm in the dental field. A small rock can fracture a tooth.
I've had teeth break while eating. I knew from the start of his story that he was pulling something. It didn't add up. He wanted someone to pay his bills 😒
He can't even lie smart. 😂😂
Something similar happened to my dad, he wasn’t bleeding and he swallowed the whole tooth while eating. But he felt it break off... 😂😂😂😂
I've had teeth break, but I've noticed it while chewing and spit them out. I get paranoid for a while after about what if it happens again and I swallow it
thanks 4 longer uploaded cases
If the plaintiff was on judge Mathis, he would’ve asked him one simple question, before he got deep into the case🤣🤣🤣
He probably would've said his tooth was rotten from all that crack he smoke😂.
Lmfaooo he definitely would have slid that in there
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Are you a crackhead ??!?!!!
Why would he give her the plan from May? It doesn't even apply.
I have worked at a dentist for years. There is not always blood when teeth are extracted. It depends on how much decay there is, and if the nerve is still in tact. Also not saying I believe all he says but that one is plausible.
Not plausible at all. Dentist stated it was primary tooth “I” that needed to be extracted due to decay etc. He kept showing her upper right primary tooth but that was still in tact. He was a total con artist and failed miserably.
Not having blood means nothing
@@Kre410 that's what I said 2 years ago
Didn’t believe the plaintiff from the get go. Who here has ever found a rock in their eggs? He planted it plain and simple.
I’ve Found Machine Parts In My Pastry(From The Electric Beater)…I Was Inclined To Believe It.
Lesson: don't ignore decayed teeth ("cavities"). Decay goes in one direction - more decay (it doesn't stop) and teeth don't miraculously regrow. Skin regenerates. Bone regenerates. Blood supplies and nerves. Teeth? Nope.
Good advice!
The old rock in the omelette trick...😂😂😂
Trick as old as time. 😂
This was definitely a scam
Sometimes there are pebbles in beans naturally but I don’t think pebbles come out of eggs 😂😂
This was by far the funniest one yet 😂😂😂
I think the plaintiff is lying his snagged tooth ass off
The rock was his tooth 🤣
The plaintiff had a pisspoor attitude and is a Class A Conman. He was trying to extort the defendant. This man should be locked up
Jeez, this kind of attitude would not be tolerated in JJ’s court. JM is too nice.
First he was all about pointing to the upper left side... then he switched to pointing to the right side after she spoke to the dentist. Lol he definitely was trying to get over. Plus if his wife was there, why would she let them clear his plate before he found his tooth? 🤷🏾♀️
2 minutes into the video I had to come STRAIGHT to the comments because: I 👏🏾 KNOW 👏🏾 HE'S 👏🏾 LYING👏🏾 🤥
The plaintiff didn't "look" for his "missing tooth" because he knew it wasn't there!!! 🤥 🙄😒
I love the look she gives him at 9:04, basically saying 'how dumb are you?' without actually saying it. That expression from her was priceless. And his dumbass is just over there, 'wanna see it? Wanna see it?!' 😂😂😂
I've broken several teeth, unfortunately. There's never been blood, and I've only found the tooth once. Also not saying I believe his story.
he was saying some weird stuff first he said he broke it then he said it came out. I would assume if the tooth is broken it would not spill blood but of it has come out it probably would.
I have broken many teeth eating and never bled... once shewd the broken bit of the tooth too... ended up breaking another tooth
This was a good episode
This guy should be ashamed of himself, lying through his tooth right in front of the judge!
I feel so embarrassed for this guy🤦🏽♀️
Do you swear to tell the tooth, the whole tooth 😂
The best thumbnail ever!
Wait is he tryna say his already fake tooth was missing?
The “pebble” was probably part of the deteriorating tooth.
He was just looking for a free meal and free dental work. Sad.
Omg...the both of these guys were straight out of "Good Fellas"...Tommy and Chucky!
He couldn't find his tooth bcuz it wasn't a rock... this same thing happened to me, my tooth broke off in my mouth while eating something so basic.
😂🤣 Pebble inside his eggs! Dudes eyes and body actions as he talks is screaming "I'm a fkn liar, but believe me Judge!" His story is is ridiculous and that makes his claim hilarious. He's the most ignorant plaintiff I've seen.
Hahaha Does anyone get the feeling there watching a scene from godfather when he points at the guy in the hallway and walks away🤣
they're* watching
How hilarious! He got so busted! The dentist described his left upper tooth as decaying and going to fall out and needed extraction that he didn't do in May and then homeboy set up the diner a month later with a rock he placed there after the tooth already fell out to get someone to pay 5k for a dental implant. Plaintiff trying to con the judge by showing his right tooth when dentist clearly said left tooth. Such a shady scammer. Good for the defendant!
That man has serious issues to go through all of this for a lie
This is a classic!!! 😄😁😄. Good job judge!
I don't know why, but I never cease to be amazed by people who are willing to lie and scam.
Did they swear this guy in ? Do you swear to tell the tooth , the whole tooth and nothing , but the tooth !! lol!!!!
The receptionist answer the phone “May I help you?” Fishy
Bravo judge! That man is such a con artist. That tooth was already rotten and probably already fell out before he went to the restaurant. A healthy tooth does not fall out totally just because you bite on a pebble. And he had the temerity to say that the doctor was talking about a tooth on the uppwr RIGHT side of his mouth, while the doctor clearly said the LEFT side. He should be ashamed of himself!
I doubt that there even WAS a pebble in his egg.
Hes clearly a con artist trying to get over on someone lol 💩
Wow, I saw from the get go that he was lying!! Why waste everyone's time?
Judge Milian seems so over it.
In the condition the tooth was in, this dude could've bitten into a marshmallow and it would've cracked.
The defendant didn't have to talk to win his case. He wanted the restaurant to pay for his dental bill. Where was the tooth that supposed to fall off 🤔
The look on the judges face lol
Does anyone else dentist office answer the phone and get the dentist on so quickly ?
that "dur" look on the plaintiff's face lol he stumbling with his words
I love that Jersey Boy accent.
Didn't have dental insurance and coincidentally. Probably did lose the tooth that was already going to be traded and then decided to try to stick the bill to the owner of the restaurant
just so happens there's a rock in his food which breaks off a baby tooth that can't be found which also coincidentally happens to be in the corresponding position as a deteriorating baby tooth on the other side....riiight
Probably was a bad tooth and when he ate that morning, it fell out and he picked up a pebble to con the diner. And ain't got the tooth replaced yet. He lost it and the case. Thank you Judge Milian.
A great case. Maybe he's a dragon that was already Toothless 🤔
Funniest plaintiff ever!😂😂😂
mega hustle!!😂😂😂
That's why it's important to tell the tooth
He got a free dentist work, from a pebble. Lucky he🙄😂
The plaintiff is an absolute plum plastic gangster 🤣
I feel for the plaintiff. I once found a brick in my soup but they ain't paid me nothin'!
🤣
