How to tie a catfish stinger fly

What synthetic bucktail did you use, looks like Faux Bucktail? Hard to find decent quality real bucktail that is long enough

Hi nice fly . How do you fish it for cats . And how long is the fly ?

Thanks! The fly is 3 inches in length. I attach them to my leader about 18 inches below my snelled circle hook, which has cut bait on it, normally. I use this setup when I'm suspend drifting with bait a few feet off the bottom.
