Seems like there were some battles where the shockwave torps just made it easier for the enemy ship to fire all its weapons at you as it spun around. Meanwhile, it made it impossible for you to really focus your fire to take down a shield. It was very effective used against you when you were in the SSD...that is for sure. LOL
Dock with starbase. The multi vector didn't work in starbase. Not enough room 😂😂 that was funny. Try friendly fire a shock wave while inside starbase. 😅😅
Leave it to Retrobadger to warp out of the way of the Deathstar superlaser only to make the Deathstar spin erratically and then getting destroyed by the superlaser😅 Almost as iconic as his cloaking mishaps😂
If I remember correctly. The F-keys give you other optional views. I'm still on the old bridge commander with only Kobayashi mode. But press F9 then F3 to view your ship from the other ships keep pressing F3 to cycle through the ships. It great when you choose to fight a ship that can cloak. Before they cloak before you fire press F9 then F3 then F9 is back to your ship. When they cloak press F9 should take you back to opponent view. Now you know where the cloaked ship is. I did it in story mode. 1 time the game just stopped. Didn't crash it was just stuck as the Romulans run away cloaked but I found them think this was the asteroid chapter. That's right I was on God mode. So I rammed the cloaked ship into an asteroid. Then turn of God mode. But the Romulan ship was so badly damaged it didn't run away. And the game didn't crash it just stopped. Couldn't ram the ship anymore. It was if the ship wasn't meant to be there the game wouldn't continue. But could still play around.
Yarp, the F (function) keys change the Camera while using Cinematic Camera (F9). This works in all mega mod versions of BC I know of (Remastered, KM, Vanilla, etc)
Not sure about the Excelsior-D's design....just looks way to wonky for my liking. When you did the in system warp and the Death Star fired on you and exploded WHILE warping away and the Death Star KEPT firing at you while exploding and warping away. I laughed WAY harder than I should have at that LOL. I laughed EVEN HARDER when you got the DS to spin and it STILL managed to destroy you. Even causing saucer separation. I said "Oh nooooooo" while laughing at the same time lol. As well as the very end when you fired on another Excelsior-D and you suppressed a chuckle but then showed the clip of Data laughing. This particular exercise was hilarious as hell.
