eBay's Minimum Ad Rate for Promoted Listings Is Increasing From 1% to 2%!

I’ve been promoting between 1-3%
3% only for items that I’ve had for a while. I’ll no longer be promoting at any level. I started on eBay before they had promoted listings…my biz did WAY better before they introduced that. Im over it and over all their penny pinching. I’ll focus on promoting my website instead ;)
