    If you're going to track the car. I would say yes someone ask how do you know if your Mustang has Magna Ride if you don't have the original window sticker showing options. When you switch modes to drag or track. You will see a checker flag next to the shock Icon.

    I believe my 2017 Manual Performance Pack GT has it too.. I know I have the beefier rear sway bar, strut tower brace, 373's and the staggered wheel set up.. Either way I am super happy I just got her it's was 1 owner with only 8,909 Miles on her.. I'm about to hit 11K soon.. She's super clean.. Next year will be an even better time to pick up a used S550, but try to find one with only 1 owner.. Better chance it was taken care of right, and remember the even the 6 speed auto's are worth more, to the dealer's, Most people can't drive manuals these days that's why....

      FYI regarding if your 2017 Mustang has Magna Ride.
      You could check the window sticker. Or, when you switch modes you will get an S if they are in sport mode or a checkered flag if they're in track or drag mode beside the shock icon. If it doesn't show you this, you don't have magneride.

    I have a GT Premium with every option available on order. 2:40 I’ll never track the car but want the best comfort and street performance I can get stock. Magnaride seems worth it.

    Just traded my Final Edition TRX for a GT Performance with a Nite Pony add-on. Has the 500hp like the Dark Horse, I've always wanted a pure 5.0, I recommend everybody getting a chance to drive a TRX once in their life... but $120 every 3-5 days for 93octane fuel was something I didnt want to justify to myself any more.. Enjoy guys!!!

    Great video though for real, keep it honest. Like me I drive my GT on weekends. I do like having the Performance Pack But I have a 17 Base Manual PP and I am fine without the Magnaride.. The car handles great the only thing I really want to do is drop the car a half inch. Some people say why bother for a half inch but it looks much better and still leaves room for a track pack tire set up for meaty back tires. I'm probably going to get a set of SVE GT350 wheels and do 285's up front and go to a 305's on the back eventually.. But I definitely want to do springs and wheel's/tires next summer.. IDK.. I don't like to break the bank to much because God forbid something expensive breaks, so like everything else I'ma little by little all this..

      100 percent. For some reason it is hard to get info on comfort suspension ride options for Mustangs. I know most of them are young and don't give a shit about that

    I have a 2019 Shelby GT350 and love the MagneRide. Was planning on getting it on the S650 if I went that route.

    He's right if you are going to lower the car race it, you are going to want coilovers and wheels.. MagneRide is more for comfort too. When it goes bad that's when most people go aftermarket anyway. I wish I could meet the guy who owned my GT before me, because he had it for 7 years and only averaged 1,150 Miles per year of ownership.. I put 2K on it in 4 months.. But the reason why is because he spec'ed it just how I would have, right down to the color interior everything's the way I would have ordered it.. The car is meant for me it's amazing.. ruclips.net/video/TQizWnjnPYU/видео.html

    Is the ride softer that regular shock if you put to comfort/soft mode?

    • @therealcervenka
      @therealcervenka  5 месяцев назад +3

      With MagneRide in comparison to the non-MR shocks, I’d say it is slightly more comfortable in normal and stiffer in Track. Wider range of damping given the active nature of it. Hope that helps!

      @@therealcervenka that's what I was thinking it is. I just sold my 2013 GT and maybe some day buy another Mustang. Very reliable car even as daily.

    If you're buying a used mustang. How can you tell if it has the magnetic ride or not. Is there something on the struts you can visually see.

    So pretty much if you get a Mustang for daily use and cruising around magneride is not worth it?

    • @therealcervenka
      @therealcervenka  2 месяца назад

      @@matt2244 If you have the option yay or nay, probably not. But if it’s already on the car you’re looking at, then no big deal at all. Only thing to consider after that would be maintenance when the shocks need replacing. Hope this helps!
