    I love, love, LOVE this format! Thank you for doing another one!! I don't dislike any of the moves, but if I had to pick my faves, its the heel touches and skaters (ok, and knee repeater punches and shuffle punches, too). Thank you for a great sparkle!

    I did it! I felt motivated to complete a HIIT workout (usually, I avoid them). I enjoyed the moves and the automatic countdown.

    Coming out of a 4 day slump-I thought...motivating (that's good), HIIT (I like), and moving (nailed it!). Before my mind could think twice about stopping-my body said we are on fire and Bam! Done. :) Thanks for getting me back on track!
