Thanks for emphasizing the need to include a Tpose animation - as Unity latest versions are sticky on that point. Your other tutorials are great. If you type in "Tpose" in search - there is a Tpose stationary pose animation that Mixamo slaps on - it might be helpful to do this to make sure the same rig structure is enforced for the character you imported to Mixamo, to help ensure a "consistency" - the Tpose generated by Mixamo on your character is calibrated.
In case anyone is trying to apply these animations to say an Enemy Controller that is being driven using NavMesh and NavMesh agent - in that case, in Mixamo DO use the "Stay in place" check box - the root motion is kept to the origin - so your character remains animating "running in place" while the NavMesh agent is driving the in-game translation/translocaion ie "actual movement" around the game space etc

Is it possible to learn 3D animation without joining any Art school. Cam it learnt from just watching the videos from RUclips? I'm very passionate on this, but unfortunately I don't have time to join any college now, since I work in an IT company!

Ofcourse, youtube is way more than enough to learn 3D. All you need is full fire passion about whatever you do.

Okay, this was an amazing tutorial but I want to go the other way. From Unity to Blender.
You can simply import 3d model in to blender if blender supports it. But i'm not sure if unity let you export bone rig with mesh. Hope someone could tell you about this.

I made the animation of the character that I modeled and rigged myself in blender, again in blender. I also got some animations from mixamo, but while using both animations in unity, the blender animation works, the mixamo animation does not. I wonder if it is due to the rig setting in Unity, how can I solve the problem, thanks.
