    White noise is your friend - and you dont need to purchase a machine or anything. Most streaming apps have white noise including RUclips

    Just a suggestion. Get something that plays some white noise. That can calm a baby to sleep. Also, you can let her cry herself to sleep. She'll be ok. After she stops crying, wait about 2-5 minutes & go check on her. She will probably be asleep.

    Sorry you are having a rough go. I read precious little sleep and it helped me so much. Just throwing it out there. Sleep training isn’t what everyone wants to do, but it helped us so much.

    Have you tried scent free products for the sleep clothes and bedding? I can't sleep If there are strong scents in the room or scented lotions on my skin.

    Can I make a suggestion? Take it or not -- fine with me. Perhaps consider taking your child to a pediatrician affiliated with a teaching hospital. I don't know your location -- but they are doctors who are also teaching med students --- and have to be on the top of their game by definition because they also teach. Not throwing shade on the doctors that are treating your children -- but perhaps a pediatrician at a teaching hospital would rule out anything additional that your doctors may have missed. Just a thought.
    BTW: Is anyone helping this guy -- or is he managing all of this on his own? Hope that is not an intrusive question -- it is meant from kindness and concern.

      he’s married he and also they work opposite shifts, she does not like being on camera so that’s why you do not see her on any of his videos.

    All your movements to rock your baby to sleep made me laugh as I remember doing the same antics with my brood so long ago. I'm 74 now so nothing changes.

    Obviously I don't know what you've tried with her and id always say ask her doctor if you aren't sure about changing her diet but add a scoop of rice cereal to her formula at night. It will just make it thicker and fill her up more so maybe she'll sleep better. You can gradually add more but start slow. Maybe warm it up a bit. You might need to widen the hole on the bottle to help it flow better, Obviously keep that nipple separate from her ones for regular formula. I hope you find something that works great for you guys soon!

      😂 Never ever add rice cereal or any cereal to a baby's formula! Babies can spit up in their sleep and are more likely to choke to death on it when it has cereal in it because it's thick.

      @amberk.5412 6 месяцев назад +3

      @velvetmau my sons pediatrician is who recommended it. Worked like a charm. Never any issues but if the baby is old enough for solids it should be fine but he can ask his pediatrician and go from there. I suppose anything can happen. if he even wants to try it 🤷🏼‍♀️ thanks for the info regardless, point more so that she might need more substance at bed time to keep her full
