As a norwegian it is really fun to see this video. It would be fun if you were to show them some of the earlier songs, like from the first album, or the violeta albums. Also Kaizers has said that the concerts they will be playing in august next year will be their last in Norway for some time, so i think that means that they will write and make a new album after that, and also tour again in the US, as they really enjoyed that
2:00 Norweagian is a pitch accent language (tonal patterns decide the meanings of words) so we would actually care about the intonation in Taco Bell...
Hjerteknuser means heartbreaker. This new song sounds so clean and polished compared to their old stuff. It's probably a good way to draw new fans in, but i reckon us old fans prefer their old sound. :D Saw them live back in February and it was awesome. Luckily they still play all their old classics - they definitely know what their fans want. In case you don't know, prior to the founding of Kaizers Orchestra back in 2000, most of the band members were together in a band called "Gnom", where they released only one album which has a few beautiful songs. Totally different genre and style than Kaizers but well worth a listen if you're interested in a much softer Jan Ove. Their songs "Mys" and "Hysj" are great examples!
As a norwegian i always love to hear you speak so fondly of kaizers!! Just wondering if you’re planning on doing a reaction to skillets new album ‘revolution’ it’s their first independantly made album so i’d love to hear your thoughts on it!
I don’t know if you’ve ever tried translating their lyrics or anything, and I’m not here to tell you that you have to, enjoy the music however you want to. But I think some of your fears of this song being in a concept album comes from not knowing what the lyrics mean. A lot of their songs from different albums tells stories about a large group of people who are a part of a crime family, the leader of the family is Mr. Kaizer. Other characters include Omen, Marcello, Violeta and many more. This song is also telling us about of some of these people, so when they sing “this is the Kaizer family” they are talking about the characters in the song not just themselves and their fan group. Also, fun fact, they are in this universe known as Kaizers orchestra because they are the band/orchestra owned by the family and therefore part of the family and when they present the band in live concerts they usually all add Kaizer as their last names. For example Janove Ottesen Kaizer.
Slightly of topic, but... please do a reaction to "Time capsule" by "The Cult of Venus". I don't know much myself about her, but that song is worth it. Quiet and contemporary.

I used to go to church when the whole mass was in latin. Strangely, it made it better, more mysterious. Same with Kaisers Orchestra.
