Excellent video. We have been struggling with worries about Lagos, my husband case is out of there. Was hoping that others new the challenges there so they could work with them to get cases going.

DQ from Jan, 2021 and all now can't get an interview date but only to get email every 60 days telling u that u soon get interview date.

Nigeria and India need direction and help at their embassies. Their backlogs are enormous and they are not working up to speed. Unfortunately its at the detriment of the spouses when it comes to 1 130.

We need to hear about I R 1 in Ghana embassy! You very rarely cover Ghana Embassy. We have been document qualified in July 2021.
For Ghana I don’t know what are they doing there
@@mohammedis-haq6487 we have been document qualifies since July 2021! It has been a uear and a half. I am an American,my husband is Ghanian. They I R-1 is a priority category! I do not believe it! My State department has let us down!

What are the wait times for the embassy in Accra Ghana for a document complete case notified on 19 November 2022?
My husband,a Ghanian ,has been document qualified since July 2021. He is I R-1 Visa. We have still not heard anything. It doesn't help that I am an American. My state department has let us all down! They need to do zoom interviews and let us go home to America!
@@susanwutz8606 I understand the backlog issue from covid but when are they gonna stop making covid the excuse? People have a job to do so put them back to work in the embassies so people’s love ones can be United. I’m American also and if I’ve qualified to support my spouse financially why is it taking so long to at least get them here? Something isn’t right. My first Attorny forgot to submit the I130A form. They didn’t notify me/us until 7 months later. That was a 9 1/2 month total delay. Then I got another Attorny and paid them and they wasn’t moving on my case so I filled out the info and submitted it. Just to have them tell me they were supposed to submit it. They didn’t relay the fact that my veterans benefits could be counted as income which causes another delay. They deemed our case document complete in November 2022. So I wish you the best and hope your spouse will be with you soon.
