I am glad SOC worked on all their fundamentals. The punting, field goal kicking basics and etc. were on point. No reason to come to the championship and get beat by a 3 points spread because you have sloppy kicking fundamentals, but since that wasn't an issue here because they scored when they needed to.
Watched most of this from the end zone. This was not one sided. LH reminds me of Old Permian. That last TD was legit. Back was moving. SOC was best team. Could have gone either way
That’s the secret. These high school teams face the spread every week, then they see that old triple option and they don’t know how to defend it. But SOC defense was solid as a rock this game.
SOC an A-1 Claas Act All the Way!!! Could have scored at the last minutes of the game. The back line judge official saw five pass interferences on libery hill that should have been called. Two of the pass interferences were due because the defensive back and linebacker was beaten by speed! SOC still Socked them!
There is a basic rule for the alignment of the offense and it states, there shall be 7 players lined up on the line (on the line is within 1 yd of the line of scrimmage) and also states that those who are on the line the top of their head must break the waist of the snapper! It use to be called but is almost never called anymore. This gives the O lineman an advantage because he has an unfair ability to react to the D linemans charge. This deficiency is common at every level of officiating now. You wonder why officiating is so bad now??? Politics within official organizations and "self interpretation and philosophy of officials that vary from person to person INSTEAD OF CALLING THE GAME FOR EVERYONE PER THE RULE BOOK!!!!!!! My beloved game is being destroyed buy bad officials and mostly the supervisors because it starts at the top!!!
