    hello
    I would like to schedule a MAS training
    with the following parameters:
    MASS : 5 m/s
    Intensity: 130% MAS
    Duration : 15 sec
    Work: test: 1:3
    Section length:
    5 m/s * 1.3 * 15 = 97.5 m
    If I want to make a change of direction I have to calculate:
    5 m/s * 1.3 * 14 = 91 m
    Then the competitors run 91 m( 2 x 45.5 m ) with one change of direction?

      Based on the needs analysis , or demands of the sport
