I think Botox looks better for corner of mouth then filler the filler can change face form a little some how but Botox just lift it and won’t effect it

It really depends on the individual situation with which method is used, but both approaches need to be done conservatively to avoid looking overdone.

I make these videos to help people make better decisions about cosmetic procedures. I do share techniques, but done in the more appropriate context such as medical conferences, and Fellowship training. Before you learn different techniques of injecting the lips, you need to know how to immediately deal with potential serious complications like vascular occlusion that can cause severe tissue damage. I hope this clarifies things for you.

I suggest you see your medical doctor first who treats your current condition to see if it may affect cosmetic medical treatments.
While I do know colleagues in Pennsylvania, we all have different aesthetic styles and practice focuses. I suggest you look at the before and after images of prospective doctors, and talk to doctors whose aesthetic style resonates with you. I hope this helps you.
I took a testosterone and it caused my skin and lips to thicken. They are still full but Is there a way botox can make me lips have sharp thin edges again? So that my lips are full but the edges are like a child's? Or is it Impossible with botox? My skin is thicker and smooth and not thin and smooth like before. I think testosterone has made the muscles in the skin layer thicker due to testosterone. Can botox make the edges of my lips thinner by reducing the muscle in my skin?

Who performed the testosterone injection for you? That's not the usual treatment for the lips. Lips are usually treated with a cosmetic filler for fullness and volume, and Botox is applied for the muscles around the lips to correct down turned or crooked smiles. Botox does not reduce muscle mass, but it reduces muscle activity, which can also enable untreated muscles to work unopposed. I hope this clarifies things for you.

Do you do lip lift surgery?

Yes I do, but I need to perform an examination first to see if you are a candidate for it. An incision is needed under the nose to pull the lip upward, and I often talk patients out of the procedure to see if other treatments will be more beneficial. I hope this clarifies things for you.
