I would like to ask my physician to perform the injections that went in vertically under the bottom lip to add fullness in the middle, and the ones that went slightly horizontally into the middle of the top lip to add fullness there. What is the technical term to mention so that I get the fullness that I want?

I don’t really agree with this . My bottom lip is bigger than my top the way it should be but my Philtrum looks long because my top lip goes forwards and curls under .

I had lip filler done one time, and though I was satisfied with the improvement in shape, I got an unexpected accentuation of what I presume are "fordyce's spots" or sebacious glands in my lip that was really unsightly, and as a male, not wearing lipstick, made me self conscious. do you think this is a product of the practitioner? depth of injection? or just my anatomy? anything that can be done to correct them?

Highly disagree for the bottom size to be bigger than top! 😮 🤮 plus the final result is missing the commissure and lip corner to be lifted. Lip is not symmetric 👎🏼
By overfilling and compromising the vermilion border. The Russian tenting technique often leads to filler migration by not focusing on filling the tubercles as done here.

Can you enhance the philtrum with fillers? Mine is relatively flat.
You certainly can. Small amounts of filler are really effective at creating or enhancing philtral columns.
