RobotDigg is the best !! A great family and great products and support.
Thanks for the update on the machine and how it's working. I remember being impressed with this machine when you first got it and still continue to think about it as a next step up from my Medium Machines injection molder.
Good to see this worked out so well for you, I remember the video you posted just after it arrived. well impressed that you are making your own moulds nice collection.
Pretty awesome machine. Thanks for sharing. I'm planning on building a smaller version.
Are you going to piece yours together using part out machines? I thought about this however they are pretty inexpensive on ebay.
Super great video Buddy!! Love all the mods you did! You are a genius!!
Thanks for the video. Might get one myself. Still doing research tho. Loved your other video. Also make a video of your cnc machine. That was a supper cool investment.
I beleive this is the only affordable desktop class IM machine that is available for purchase.
All-electric machines actually have a fixed screw but from what I understand those can only be used with virgin plastic. The Microplast desktop moulding machine made by Andrey Korotkov in Russia is an all-electric machine.
I see mention of you making your own molds? Any recommendations? And any chance of another video showing that process?
this is amazing, congratulation, i dream with this every time, hope some day have my own models
This man on blow molding machine is also watching the top injection molding machine.
Thanks for sharing with us. Nice moulds and nice works! And I like your shelf on the right top there:)

very cool Ryan.
This is so awesome.
I'm actively looking for machines at the moment and have come across these. How much do you pay for the molding plates? What else do you need besides the machine (I think I saw you had a pressure tank in a video?) What is your typical maintanence costs and the curve of learning on repair (and is there support for maintanence/warranties?). With shipping what was the all in cost? What's the max amount of clamping force can it take? What's the largest shot can this machine produce at a time (it appears more than adequate for my needs). Sorry for the question, very interested!
How is robotdigg’s customer service? Did you feel nervous sending the wire transfer? Please let me know…I want to buy a machine from them but they are asking wire transfer.
Please show how you have set up the clamping unit for your molds. Does the machine adjust the mold width?
Saw this question you got about a month ago.....I am also actively looking for machines at the moment and have come across these. How much do you pay for the molding plates? What else do you need besides the machine (I think I saw you had a pressure tank in a video?) What is your typical maintenance costs and the curve of learning on repair (and is there support for maintenance/warranties?). With shipping what was the all in cost? The description for the milling machine on Amazon is for Iphone cables. Weird.
Weird! Must be old link not stocked anymore
I live in Broomfield Colorado I was wondering if you are anywhere close by I can stop by and see the machine I am very interested to get one of these machines
Hey I live in Saint Paul MN
I can see the screw turning, is that the only way that the plastic goes into the mold, is there also a "piston" shot, or just the screw?
The screw turns to feed the plastic into the injection chamber, it has a full screw with a valve on the end and everything. After the mold ejects the previous part then the screw get injected into the mold, it will fill the full 30 grams into the mold VERY quickly within like 1 second. The screw acts like a plunger when full, you can see @ 7:47
@@thegreatestmoo Okay, so if I am understanding correctly, the screw mixes and pushes the molten plastic into the "injection chamber" then there is a mechanism that then shoots the contents of the chamber into the mold cavity?
Thanks for your videos. What is the advantage to mold heating?
I need to find out if the machine works with PS Polystyrene? Have you tried it?
ruclips.net/video/m_SGil598jQ/видео.html
took me half a second to see why your cycle time is high. if you add cooling to the mold you can cool the parts faster. but you probably knew that.
That's pretty impressive. What PSi do you use to run that machine (I like California air tools compressors-quality stuff)?
After watching your videos I'm hooked and hope my compressor can do the job. I have custom prototype parts I've 3D printed and still might have molded for me but this approach would pay for itself (minus plastic material) on the first order.
Sadly I saw the latest video from what might be the owner of RobotDiggs discussing the backorder status due to the Coronavirus. Very sad, I hope all turns out ok for them soon.
Keep making videos...I'm subscribed!
How much price
Di mana saya bisa membeli nya
Nice explanation, thnaks. Is there a chance to buy such a machine from Germany?
Nice one . I’m about to start some business like this . Is it worth it ? Where can you sell your parts ?
hi,. curious to know how many Decibels noise the machine it self makes, is it too loud ( can i leave running in my neighborhood garage like at 2am ? ) of course taking in consideration will add some sound proofing on walls / garage door.
also do you have any experience with runing this machine with 3d printed molds ( like on the old 3d printer Stratasys Objet30 resin type of mold ? )
Spyker I have so many questions about this! I would like to buy and start my own injection molds. Did you make your own dye? I'm guessing I need the dye made specifically for that machine...how would I do this?
Have you come across any other machines to consider in this price range?
Hey not really sure, I'm not looking anymore this machine is great!
Pls send detail. Pls i want purchase
How many prices
Could you tell me please what is the maximum distance between the plates ?
ruclips.net/video/m_SGil598jQ/видео.html
Do you impact or stress test your parts?
How is the reliability on this? Will it run parts all day without ending tuning all the time? I'm thinking about getting one, need to produce 1000-3000 pieces a month
It should. But with 'normal' cycle times (lets say 20sek) and simple molds you should be able to get your 3.000pcs in one day easy. If you use Aluminium molds they will usually only Last 5-10k shots.
Do you have the fan wings
did it arrive in pieces or assembled? Also is this 120v or 220v
It arrived ready to go. But I did a lot of custom tooling to mine. I would go 220v for sure.
what i'm really asking is would it be possible to get this into a basement @@thegreatestmoo
Will u help me out i have some queries
Why does the website have no contact information or email address for customer service? Is this a joke ?
ruclips.net/video/m_SGil598jQ/видео.html
Which milling you using for mouldes ?
How much was the machine ?

Do you think this unit could mold something the size of a banana?
Where do you buy/get your plastic beads from?
ruclips.net/video/m_SGil598jQ/видео.html
which machine is this?
I followed your link to Robotdigg and it looks like the injector on that page is only $180 ???????????? that can't be right is it ?
I did the same thing. You need to pick one of the boxes below "RDGInjection", for instance, and it will come up with an $8k price tag. Add another $300 for 110V if you need to have it converted.
@@randycox4633 WOW!!!!!! I guess thats a little more in line with what I expected though :(
Bro whats the price , which Model you using ?
ruclips.net/video/m_SGil598jQ/видео.html

So you are making those as payed-for jobs or you just got a massive hard-on for plastic parts? :-)
