- This Video shows a trial run of a Desktop Injection Mold Machine. The machine can do both over-molding as well as injection molding. This design can also run in automatic operation/ejection. It can supports any plastic material and is able to produce very high pressure for doing intricate parts.
Very cool. And very brave using bare hands to move the hot material. :-)
Wow I’m impressed. Nice job.
Your toggle unit is excellent
that is wonderful. I wish I had something like that
Half Ton Clamping Force? No flashing with high ton clamping force. Gods work!
any data would like to make one
How to make?? And please share wich kind of drivers are used in
Hi, first off, very nice molding machine. May I know where did you bought the toggle lock (left side of the machine) and if there's an actual name for it, I would like to buy it. Thanks!
@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 that's great. I would like to buy some parts. Let me know the website.
@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 how does the screw move in and out? I assume the big motor moves with it? I don't see any linear bearing where this big motor rides on.
Are these stepper or servo motor?
@@yeahitworks Hello. Did you get answered from Scot? if yes any chance to share /help methe info i wouldlike to build up similar...
Hello sorry for not responding been very sick for a while. My toggle I designed myself. If some one wants a print of just my toggle I will add a STP for it on my website… www.Clifford-mfg.com
How did you make the control panel?
Impressive, can I ask what series of clear path motors you are using? And did you develop any method for torque feedback, on the mold clamping motor? I have built a plunger type molding machine using a SDSK series motor. I like the torque limiting, but there is not a way for torque feedback as a parameter, so a true closed loop clamping program can be driven through software. I have had to fine tune both the position and torque limits for my application. Also I am really curious about the mechanism that pushes the feed screw after it is done metering. Do you have any plans of making a high level breakdown of your project? Just a quick video of a cross sectional sketch would be really cool!
@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 Thanks! Ok I wasn't sure if you tried Teknic's clearpath SC series software control motors, I am curious if they have more control. Agreed Teknic support is excellet! Looking forward to the release of the plans for this! Are you going to add an Ejector Plate to the design?
Sir, can you designed us a tiny extrusion blow molding machine?
JInJun I am sure I could do one for you ... I would need to know more information. You can email me at scott@clifford-mfg.com
how do you make screw and barrel?
yes i made the barrel. I do sell just he barrel and cylinders if your interested.
Scott
very small injectino mold, how much kgs?
@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 thanks. do you have whatsapp number?

Do you sell any?
Do you really need the precision of ballscrews?
Bob, No you do not need precision ball screws. On my first machine and my new ones honestly I buy used ones when I can from EBay whether they are precision or not. The screw and rotary section are quite expensive new! Every time I see them on eBay I buy them up!
How much do you sell the screw and barrel
I sell the Screw and Barrel for $875. It includes screw, barrel, tip and mounting screws.
great job but
have someone else shoot the video
I know i am not very good at it!
please tell me what is a material?

Very good sir. I need this one also. In Karachi Pakistan. Can you provide me this. And tell me about his cost. Thanks
you can buy a design to build yourself or you can go to my website at www.clifford-mfg.com to purchase a complete machine.
Wat is price how i can get
@@scottclifford-cliffordmfg4148 please do this, awesome work man!

Mumble mumble mumble. Naah mate, learn to use a microphone first.
