Ủ xong đổ ra rổ thủng rửa qua dưới vòi nước, sau đó cho vào nồi cơm điện. cho 100ml siro đường đen 150-200g đường vàng tùy khẩu vị ngọt, bật nồi cơm điện đun sôi tầm 2-3 phút đảo đều rồi chuyển sang chế độ ủ. Vậy là ăn cả ngày cũng đc. nếu cạn nước quá thì cho thêm 1 tẹo nước đỡ dính nồi nhưng trân châu sẽ hơi bị nhão và bở. Nếu ko mua đc siro đường đen thì dùng đường nâu hạt như trong video mua đc ngoài chợ.
It's funny how people from other countries call this tapioca and we from Northwestern Brazil have a complete different meaning to that word.Even in Brazil we have different meanings depending on where you are.
I prefer the cornstarch pearls I don't like Tapioca pearls too much in bubble tea. It makes the tea too thick. I'll use my tapoica pearls in other foods that I want to thicken
In philippines as well we call it "Sagu" usually add on a flipino desert called "halo halo" but it's so really nice it's has the upgraded look and taste now and it's very popular in milktea all over the world. I wish i can invest to have a milktea business.
Kinda wish they offer almond milk too! It would be good for the environment and for ppl who are vegan. I can’t even imagine how much cartons of milk is used everytime

Pearls take less than 30 mins to do it tho- it’s depend on what type of pearls you have but it will for sure be less than 30 mins
