    Your brown sugar boba milk looks amazing. I love when shops don't skimp on the brown sugar syrup because that will make a huge difference. Your either going to get it nice and rich or barely taste anything but milk.

      @@l3moml0u46 It tastes like sweet milk, you can't really taste the tea. The pearls taste like squishy jellies, but not so sweet. If you're new I recommend you try the strawberry milk tea w/ pearls and milk foam. I used to always get it, it's like a dessert in a drink.

    • @caileyalana5327
      @caileyalana5327 7 месяцев назад

      In my boba tea shop we measure 125g of loose tea leaves, we put them in reusable tea bags that you tie with string (you can do it with no tea bags and brew it loose but remember to filter it out at the end) and then we add about 5-7 litres of water to the teas. However, the water amount that you put in depends on how popular that type of tea is (more popular = more tea needed = more water) and how much you'll need the the specific days. So for example, if you know Mondays and Saturdays are you busiest days, you'll need more tea, so add more water. If the rest of the days aren't that busy normally, put in less water. You'll get the jist

      The normal amount is usually 50% (3:3), but can be decreased or increased anywhere from 0% (none), 25% to 75% or 100% based on the customers wishes

      @@caileyalana5327hiii, I want to recreate for my birthday the matcha smoothie but I don’t know the ratio of milk, ice, and matcha. Let’s say for a medium sized smoothie how much milk should I add and how many matcha scoops? Oh and also, is the matcha used at gong cha organic? Thanks ❤

      I work at a boba shop, we just throw them out but we try to not make too much pearls during closing time so we don't throw out too much away. That's why we usually don't have pearls by 9pm, we close at 10pm
