I have to do the egg separating stuff every day at my bakery job, they could gain more time by letting the egg whites fall through your fingers while still holding the yolk. It's pretty fast that way :)
Looks yummy, but also a bit wasteful... Threw away two egg yolks from four eggs for what looked like a single batch of batter (12 pancakes), and also trimmed the pancakes themselves of the excess batter they put down, instead of just letting the customer enjoy the little bit extra to compensate for when they have large voids in a particular pancake... And then, sprinkling the cones wastefully like that, instead of either giving it a brief nitrogen/dry ice freezer-bath and rolling it (which has its own issues), or just working the toppings into the ice cream before then piling it into the cone as is done at many ice creameries, with only a very small amount of residue left on the mixing surface.

Sinceramente... não passei mais a entender a pegada do canal... a pessoa sai do oriente, onde apresentava as culinárias locais. E agora vem pro ocidente onde deveria apresentar a culinaria/ cultural daquele lugar e apresenta a mesma coisa que apresentava quando estava no oriente. Sua visita pela terra do Tio Sam, mostra exatamente as mesma coisas que já havia visto anteriormente.

What is the green stuff they are putting on the pancakes?
they add some matcha powder to the mix and then pour some matcha cream on them (green tea powder)
To heck with the matcha crap! Real maple syrup is the way to go.
