Here from a Saudi in the US. I love your music and videos. I appreciate your videos so much! They allowed me to take deep dives into middle eastern culture which I ran away from but I am now embracing.
@@FilipHolm it was so good 😍 thoroughly entertaining and meaningful, i felt completely engrossed in the story, you have a very good voice and way of speaking ❤🤍
I like that instrument that plays at 3:30 and on. I think someone mentioned it was a sitar but after searching it on RUclips I can’t find anything as melodic as you arranged it. I wish I could just loop that for hours and just lay here with my eyes closed. I could listen to you talk forever and now you have me hooked on your music
Thank you so much, what a lovely comment! That main instrument playing there is an Oud (actually two Ouds playing two octaves), but there is also a Saz playing a chord to emphasize the first beat, if that is what you are referring to?
@@FilipHolm Yes! I guess it was the oud! Thank you! I tried looking up some music but there’s just so much going on, I like your simple but interestingly enough, hypnotizing arrangement the best.
Mystical. I love this. I feel connected to you through your music and scholarship, Filip, I hope you'll live to the fullest and in the presence of God.
Thank you so much for these amazing and beautiful sounds. I always liked this type of music but I didn’t know how or where to find it, but gladly, I met this channel👍
Omg I just found out about your music channel and I love it! I have been a subscriber of your other channel I wish I had known about this one too, sooner 😍 Are you on any platform other than spotify where we can buy a license for your music to play it on social or here on youtube? Thank you for such beautiful music!
Great videos as always Filip. You've got a knack for really making things quite concrete and at the same time stripping them down to their core. You can tell u do all you do not of your ego or attention but genuine love of the heart!! Peace on you brother. Do you have this album for sale? Unfortunately I don't have Spotify
@@FilipHolm City of Iram or Erum, do you know anything about this city? I heard that city was in Hijaz (modern day saudi arabia) was one of the city where giants lived. If you know please make an video its an interesting anicdot in pre arabic era. Even its in Islamic stories.

The strings at 3.30 is great. Awesome.
Simply brilliant! I've been mesmerized by this track since I had heard it first time in your video about Hermeticism. Thank you!
Good ear! That was the first time I used it!
Top job Filip, all of these are excellent. Would love to see you compose a hybrid of indian and middle eastern music

Exquisite soundscapes, i remember the video in which you told the story from the 1001 nights 🌙
That was a fun one!

Hello. Did you make the video? Where was it shot? Thanks!
I did not shoot the video myself. It is stock footage from various locations which I edited together. Nothing fancy!

Very nice music. It’ll be so cool if you make an album with pre-Islamic theme with tracks called Iram, Nabatea, Qaryat al-Faw and so on.
Interesting idea! Maybe in the future!

Stereotypical, maybe, but it is very beautiful, captivating. The rithm is really captivating, I cann't "unlisten."❤
