This is really cool! Provided it actually works the way that it is advertised, this would be an awesome device for anyone who is blind or visually impaired and who uses a cane. Very cool! Matt
Great job for these people to develop it. I know it costs but the real game changer is when you can walk into Walmart and buy under $100. In the USA 80% of blind don't have jobs thus not alot of money. Keep up the good work, I know someday soon any blind person will have these.

I have a question, what if you are a short person. How can you know the cane size? Or does it come cane with all sizes?.
I am, I was supposed to get one for my birthday which is this week that’s coming up. But, something weird is going on my family ordered it and instead of going to the right address it went to California to another address. And they thought it was something suspicious of the people that ordered it for me because it was just real legit. So when your order it be careful.

Not bad product, a little different from the one I'm currently developing but still you're playing an extortionate amount for it.
On their indiegogo campaign their Retail price will be $499 which comes out to £372 for those UK folks.
Their circuit board, motors and ultrasonic sensor in total would cost less than £100 ($138) to make top it off with battery and enclosure design I would suspect it would cost roughly $150 to produce and then they sell it with a $350 markup is ridiculous.
My own product I'm developing roughly £250 to make it and I'm only gonna be charging £400 to sell it.
Yes it may be a great product for the blind community but don't make it un-affordable for them. Would be better off with the price tag at £200 ($268) mark.
