This is my favorite cane, for so many reasons. I love that scorpions glow blue under blacklight. I love the beautiful patterns on the different snakes, and I love that mousie hiding in the cholla. And it's fascinating how you joined two pieces of wood together so invisibly, but with such strength, that this cane will never break. Watching the patience in bringing out every aspect of this was fascinating. Watching Pearl fetch your hat. :D Reaching up to snack on a grape on the arbor above you...such a feast, not to mention the music and just pure beauty of it all. Anyone who has to do everything fastfastfast will be in literal pain, watching, and everyone who revels in details is in heaven. I'm in heaven. :) And I've named that mousie, but won't say what because the stick's owner gets to name it and the snake and the scorpion. But it got me wondering if you ever name your sticks.
Pearl gets another pat. You get a bow of deepest respect. Take care, and look forward to the next masterpiece! Thank you.

It has always amazed me how 2 people can look at 1 thing & see something completely different. I would be honored to own 1 of these beautiful pieces.. 🐾☺

Me to my friend, he is so inspiring
I use to carve some yrs back, but just seeing his work makes me want to jump back into it, I mean Im actually sitting here watching him all alone yet Im talking to the TV as if he was carving right in front of me...lol now thats inspiring, and who ever said patience was a waste of time?
I bet snakes themselves would want to be re-skinned by him.

Thank you very much! One of these days I may get brave enough to carve an open mouthed snake.
