You would be blown away as a kid to get this as a present. Pedals seem to be intended to be used on a solid flat surface. A solid surface at least at the back where all the force transfers to when pressing them would stop a lot of the flex. Button box needs a little strut bar from the back of it to the wheel base to stop it flexing.

Honestly looks solid for a first attempt at a reasonably priced DD. Lots of features for the price. I think a v2 with the little bugs worked out is something other entry level DD manufacturers need to look out for
One of the funniest reviews of this comes from OC Racing, where Turtle Beach said they'd send him a review unit but they never followed through with that so he had to buy the wheel in order to review it.
You can take down the brake and throttle cylinder just like the clutch does to stow it down. But you can pull the spring out of the throttle and put washers around the rod to reduce the throw distance, the wheel autocalibrates the 100% input point on every startup, so the physical change is all you need. You can likewise take the two rubber bushings out of the brake cell that compresses the load cell. I replaced one of the rubber bushings with a 2" spring, both for leverage and to get more pedal progression while still having pressure build.
I do not get any flex or play at all with the collar. I do if I put it on backwards. But if its dead on with the top 3 balls aligned. Its rock solid to the base.
wait....so this would make the load cell softer? Thats my one gripe coming from csl v1 load cell. It just feels rock hard compared to the older csl lc.

The lack of standardization in the sim space has always blown my mind. Thats a huge selling point to the people in the community who actually buy substantial amount of hardware from these companies. Yet they gate this hardware compatibility off like powertool batteries, as if they expect that doing so will keep people within their own ecosystem.
I got this on release day I think it's amazing I had no issues what's so ever on iracing plus I like the button box which is a cool feature which makes you feel like you in a car 😎
I have one. They are Trash. The force feedback feels so great, until the drive shaft starts breaking loose. then it's total trash can material. For me the was at 60 hours of use. Also from the factory the padel shifters stick on both sides. So you have to dri automatic. DO NOT LET ANYONE TELL YOU THESE ARE WORTH BUYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got mine one the last day of the preorders and I couldnt be happier, I ended up paying 560 pounds for it buying directly from turtlebeach with a discount code. Coming from a g29, it feels like night and day. Not having to deal with Fanatecs shipping delays and Moza never restocking at least in the UK is a plus too.

How has it been so far? Did you like it? I was thinking on going for Moza R5 bundle, but then I would have to upgrade the pedals, so it could become very price. Turtle Beach is now on Sale on Amazon, so I am now thinking to buy it.
Loving all this new stuff coming out. Whilst this TB unit doesn't appeal to me, it gives a good kick to the other manufacturers. Looking forward to seeing what else comes out this year before my 1k goes out of the bank. Thanks for the reviews they really help make a potential choice 👍
Yesterday i purchased my 1st full sim rig and up until a few days ago I never heard of all the popular brands for the rim racing world, but i know of TB(I never buy their headsets as they are cheap and nasty). So when people see something like this in a bricks and mortar shop they will reflect back on TB other products and they might move a decent amount of units. Pretty safe to say you will see these in JB and EB games etc. Also thanks to you and your videos I was able to settle on a good 1st time sim rig.
Will, from your testing is the movement in the quick release or the shaft? From the Velocity One base I tested, the QR was more solid while the shaft had noticeable FFB affecting play. I'm partly trying to figure out if there is a standard quality issue, or if I happened to get a lower quality/defective unit from them.
In our case it seemed to be primarily play in the interface between the stem on the base and the sleeve on the wheel side. Same as with the metal Fanatec QR1. The wheel itself naturally ahs some flex due to being plastic.
Yep I’d say so. Exactly the same with the QR1. Plenty of people swear their setup has “zero flex”. I’ve tested hundreds of combos of bases and wheels and not one of them ever had zero flex but it did vary.
@boostedmedia I was looking at the footage at 55:46. Two questions: are there any lag between the wheel dash display tele vs the on screen tele; meaning are they nsync? Do they both register the same values at the same time?
Your big complaint, as far as i can tell, is software and a bit of flimsy design. As much as i understand the perspective of "its 600 dollars", as someone on a logitech g920 this thing looks like it would have been a DREAM first wheel, and a fair upgrade for me even now. Do i want something like a Moza r9? yes Do i have $659.00 PLUS another $45 for a desk clamp PLUS $159 for 2 pedals PLUS $39 for the clutch? oh yea and taxes on top? Not in the slightest. Whereas i can get all of that PLUS a screen and button box (although software limited, i see potential) for $650 in one nice, put together kit, that will probably be expandable in the future. As much as i can only speculate, i would love to see some genuinely low priced, high featured options like this become more common, and supporting this may be the way to start that trend.
I think this is a damned good effort for an entry to the market, hopefully they will build on this and keep improving as they go, I love the all in one nature of this kit, feels like a complete solution in much the same way the G25 rocked the market when it showed an included shifter etc.
9:10 (wheel cross-compatbility) Did you ever try powering it on without try wheel connected? Did FFB work? That would answer that question. How about those 6 bolts holding the hub on the wheelbase? Is it a 6x70 pcd?
I'd love to see it in action too! Its been sitting there for 2 months now while we wait for redesigned brackets so we can mount pedals and a base properly. Should be sorted soon.
looks pretty good, I'm glad another company sees the opportunity in sim racing and tried a hand. idk why, every time i see the tire wear and temp on the screen i think simcade. idk what racing game that is but take it off, my first fanatec wheel adapter snapped and the pedals had some crappy little springs
I feel like the conclusion might be a bit too harsh. Personally, I found the experience of this setup to be pretty awesome with just a few tweaks and changes in settings. I've tried out a bunch of DD wheels, and for the price, this setup is unreal. Seriously, it's like comparing night and day to any belt-driven wheel - they're not even in the same ballpark. Plus, there have already been a few firmware updates, and I bet there'll be more to come soon with more accessories etc.
All valid points, but the fact remains that the CSL DD provides a superior FFB experience for similar $. If it wasn’t for that it would be a lot easier to recommend.
Yeah I get your point, exciting to see what they update moving forwards. You can’t get the CSL base with cell loaded pedals, digital display, control unit though. I just think as a bundle for the prices it’s fantastic ! Unmatched in the current market. Plus they offered 10% off on launch so you get the slot for £560 from £640
I like that it comes with a button box but it's really just moving most of the buttons that would be on the wheel are moved to the button box. It's a cool idea that others should do too.
Hey Will I would really really want to see a review about the Nuo Evo II, because it‘s developed by just one guy from scratch. Customer Service, Software, Building and Shipping by just ONE PERSON. Thanks for all your work and reviews for us, so we can have a better overall look about the hardware market. Cheers 🎉
Oh yes, please! Even though shipping from Germany may take a while the Nuo Evo 2 are highly praised, even though the software especially for the brakes putting out raw numbers without knowing how much Nm your settings are at is discomforting me. And I know how meticulously Will is testing esp. the brakes I would love to hear his opinion on them.

Glad theres more comp bit it does look rather plasticky and I'm still glad I spent an extra 200 pounds and bought a bundle fanatec v2 pedals with load cell and a csl dd with mclaren gt3 wheel and updated metal wheel hub. Can Turtle Beach please tell me why the circle in the centre isnt a screen? Could easily show which gear you on or your revs. Missed opportunity in my opinion
Just having them in stock and being able to ship in a timely manner will put them ahead of the game these days. It was pretty much the deciding factor in my decision to buy a GPro.
Exactly. The Gpro arrived early at my local best buy (two days and around Christmas too) and being my first DD wheel I had no Idea if it was for me or not so a convenient return option was part of the decision also@@boostedmedia
I can't wait for a company to come out with an all metal baseplate for the pedals to help the flexing issue, as well as a sturdier bracket for the button box.
I think as someone trying to buy a sim setup with all these features but doesn't have thousands of dollars to spend, this is a great value. In my opinion, i might buy one 😂
OK. Guys Here is an update on my Wheel. I heard on someones video I think, That a guy had taken his apart and fixed it. Another that when they took it apart the screws around the motor were stripped out. So, I took mine apart. There is some poor workmanship in there. OK. The motor is mounted with 4 small screws and 4 big screws. All were loose, Real loose! After 60 hours of use. I had no warranty So I had nothing to lose. I got all that tite, put it back together and the servo part works Great again now. The wheel on the other hand the top shifters still stick with every pull. I have another wheel coming that seller said does not stick. I will believe it only when I recieve and use it a while.
I swapped my g920 for this wheel bundle which i got for 530 Argos uk price i mounted it to my diy rig a simple angled bracket held against it stops any flex really liking it wish H pattern shifter and f1 wheel will come soon as i c expansion ports good review
Issue I feel was overlooked - you can't butt the pedal set against a wall (as I normally do if not mounted in a rig) they put the cable inputs coming out the back, rather than the side.. that's a bit dealbreaker for me usually on 'cheaper' sets, but given you said it doesn't seem to slide using their rubber pads, probably not the worst thing in the world.
Canada's Computers (Canada's Micro Center) sells Moza off the shelf!! It's pretty awesome! Variety of vases wheels and pedals in stock. Shifters and hand breaks too I use a R9
I have their Flight Sim Yoke, and this wheel seems to have the same philosophy (features over build quality), but not as well executed as that is. The throttle quadrant attachment is much sturdier than the button box is. Plus all the inputs can be mapped even on Xbox (to be fair, it might only just be MSFS that allows this on Xbox). The Engine Start button functionality is a huge head scratcher

I heard you mention a place to plug in a future handbrake, do you know if there is an upcoming manual gear shifter as well? Feels natural and Logitecal since they have a clutch pedal. A complete bundle would be so compelling (after they improve their FFB of course).
Cool to see turtle beach make an entry into the racing market. Looks like they've missed the mark here though, especially for PC sim racers. Will probably still be an ok purchase for xbox users on forza or something. I also think comparing it to the Fanatec lineup is not exactly fair though. The direct competitor for this would have to be the Logitech G-Pro DD wheel, and so comparisons against that would have been nice to see.
Which firmware are you using? I noticed at first as you said, it felt muted but i felt a change after an update. But i also raised the strength up slightly.
Are the brake pedals SUPER HARD for anyone else? Any game I have to slam the brakes. I ended up bending the cord because i was slamming them so hard so get full braking, and changing the sensitivity does nothing!
Set the sensitivity to 100%. The other two settings are ridiculous. But yes if it’s your first time using a load cell brake it will take some getting used to.
Hi, I know you sed it has the same screw points as the g29 (logitech), so my question is will the velocityone wheel screw onto a playseat evolution? Need to know befor buying one 🤔 Thanks.
Even though it's not a product that I'd be interested in buying, I was still excited for your review 😂. As I expected, the wheel bundle is disappointing. For what it sells for here in Australia at $1299.00, it's a bit of a joke. Fanatec 8nm CSL DD McLaren bundle with Elite V2 pedals cost's $1360.65, not even 5% more. Not even the same league, is it? Thanks for your legendary content as always!
Wait for the big discounts. Anything in bricks and mortar gets some big discounts if you're willing to look around and wait. Thrustmaster I've seen at 40% off, Logitech 50% off, so I'd expect something similar down the line.
@boostedmedia thank you for the review, you saved a lot of newbie simmers from either wasting money or understanding what they are getting into if they purchase this wheel. If this wheel did not have direct drive with 7 Nm torque, then I would view it as strictly a toy for kids or non serious sim drivers.
This wheel looks and feels better than the G923. Even the paddles are a lot more satisfying to click. Not sure how she will drive though. Only felt these at Best Buy demo. Decisions , decisions 😅
I like the esthetic of it, but I'm a little deterred because of possible quality issue and the missing emersion. I am going to stick to the r5 bundle. I may revisit it down the road though
At this stage I honestly have no idea. I had a meeting with them many months ago to organise it. They wanted to go ahead. The they ghosted me. Managed to get back to get back in touch and they said they’re struggling to fulfil orders. So I guess they aren’t gonna interested anymore.
Very decent first attempt into the sim market. However, if I were to need Xbox compatability I'd wait for the 3.9mn moza r3. A mature ecosystem now with scope for a bunch of peripheral add ons and/or base upgrades as the wheel has been tested to work on higher ff bases. I do expect the tb ecosystem to grow eventually, but I mostly leave others be the early adopters and do the beta testing.
@@YourDailyR they only announced the r3 6 months ago. The delay is on Microsofts end, moza has proven proven to pump out units and new products quickly. Production is not an issue for moza.

Be aware that Turtle Beach always lacks behind in Firmware support and with the VelocityOne Yoke they didn’t even include all features since the firmware wasn’t done!!
No unfortunately. Still waiting on some redesigned parts so we can finish mounting our gear. The pedal plate that came with it didn’t fit any pedals we have here.
Would you recommend this over the Moza r5 bundle? R5 currently 459 and the velocityone currently 499. My wheel currently is a t150. @@boostedmedia im super close to pulling trigger on the moza r5 right now, and then now i discovered the thrustmaster t598.. has made my decision take longer now. have u any thoughts on the new wheel yet or have u had no time with it?
Man speaking of rotating mass dampening a wheel base, my new asetek button box and round wheel totally deadened my TK wheelbase!!! Bummed me out a little, but it may force me to go on up to the invicta to get what I want out of it eventually haha. I was surprised to find this.. my aliexpress wheel (piece of junk) didn’t do that, of course a basic round wheel with no button box doesn’t do that, and the stock formula wheel doesn’t do that.
I run it at 12nm. I’ve only really used that wheel in any amount that matters on dirt rally 2.0, it just seems a lot less punchy to me if that makes any sense. Strength wise, there’s plenty still.
Turtle Beach jumping into the DD market, not expected but there are some nice things on this wheel that I like but as I would expect, TB doing TB things, nice idea(s)/attempt but poor execution. I've always ranked TB below Logitech but just above Mad Catz. I'd believe TB had their eyes on the Xbox user who plays Forza. Not a PC player on iRacing or ACC. Sure, newer people to the PC racing scene might jump on this because of price and how easy it is to get (in store like Gamestop rather than waiting for shipping) but this current first gen wheel is not going to challenge any of the normal PC racing players like Fanatec, Moza and others. It's a cheap starter DD wheel targeted at console players and maybe the first time PC people who just moved over from console. I honestly don't expect this wheel to get any better than it is currently. Will seems to be kinda out of his element here with this one. Kinda like a guy that normally reviews $150k sport cars but today has to review a $20k economy car.
The issue for me is there are objectively better alternatives for a similar price. Simple as that. As I said at the start of the video I’m sure it will sell well in retail stores due to it being quite feature rich compared to the alternatives you find in retail stores. I think they know exactly who they’re targeting and you’re spot on.
Pretty safe to say the belt and gear driven wheels are only going the very lowest end wheels from now on. Madcatz will have the low end market cornered... do they still exist?
I currently have a Logitech G923 PlayStation edition. I’ve been looking at upgrading to a direct drive wheel. But I want one that can work on PlayStation so I can play GT7. Been looking at both Fan and Moza. Probably end up with something from them.
I want to buy my first sim bundle. I want DD and don't want to spend more than I need to. Hard with so many choices. Probably will go Moza but R3, R5? No idea what to buy
so basically, in australia, your better off buying the fanatec csl DD bundle, and chuck in the load cell brake and table stand, and it would still be cheaper and better overall.
Bonkers"off" button position and crazy flex. It's like they stopped the good design team and told them they had to add some stupid crap just so the next version would have some improvements. Either that or the designers were about to change company and decided to throw in a design flaw just for giggles. Craziness.
i got this wheel the day it came out mainly because it's the best DD for xbox. i've had it for a week now and i really like it but i would like to try the moza r3 if it comes out soon
Wrong. The BEST DD wheel for Xbox is the Logitech Pro but it's not cheap. Highest quality around and in stock not like Fanatec junk or Moza's R3 which is a toy that you can't buy.
The fact you get DD and load cell pedals is incredible value at this price. The button box is kinda just an extra gimmick so it being the weakest part of the bundle isn’t a big deal for me as the rest of the bundle is already great value. I’m a little disappointed though that u frequently compared to the Moza R9 which is both a much more expensive and stronger wheel but never once mentioned the R5 as while it is weaker it’s much closer in price for the same stuff so I feel it should’ve atleast been mentioned. I expects wheels like the R9, CSL DD and Cammus 10 to preform better since they r both higher priced and stronger wheels. Comparing it to the R5 would really put into perspective what sort of value for money you are getting. If a 7.2nm wheel can’t out perform a similarly priced 5nm wheel then it’s really only a good value for Xbox players who don’t want a fanatec. Whereas if it does clearly out perform the R5 than it truly is a great package for the price
Hi guys, this was the only place i could think to ask the following question, has Barry Rowland at Sim Racing Garage been sick?, no Videos for months. Big fan of both channels.

The lack of standardization in the sim space has always blown my mind. Thats a huge selling point to the people in the community who actually buy substantial amount of hardware from these companies. Yet they gate this hardware compatibility off like powertool batteries, as if they expect that doing so will keep people within their own ecosystem.
I saw you racing at the Ring yesterday in some rainy GT3 action. I need to see these videos Will!
Working on it
I got this on release day I think it's amazing I had no issues what's so ever on iracing plus I like the button box which is a cool feature which makes you feel like you in a car 😎
Still no issues?
Not having to deal with Fanatecs shipping delays and Moza never restocking at least in the UK is a plus too.
lol have fun.
Abruzzi always have MOZA in stock. They are a UK seller.
Just got the wheel for 400 on Amazon rn and glad I made the purchase now then spending almost 700 on the wheel. Changing from Logitech G920 to this! Great review!!
Can’t wait til it arrives!
How has it been so far? Did you like it? I was thinking on going for Moza R5 bundle, but then I would have to upgrade the pedals, so it could become very price. Turtle Beach is now on Sale on Amazon, so I am now thinking to buy it.
@@fbatista1973 never recieved it from amazon, kept saying it was returned because of damage so I canceled it and just getting the moza r5
Damn you got this one out FAST
Not much sleep this past few weeks. 😅 Everything always seems to all happen at once!
the button box limitations really seals the no-deal for me. will have to wait to see if they revise. thanks for the review! very detailed
@@boostedmedia interesting, perhaps the manufacturing tolerances are not very consistent.
Yep I’d say so. Exactly the same with the QR1. Plenty of people swear their setup has “zero flex”. I’ve tested hundreds of combos of bases and wheels and not one of them ever had zero flex but it did vary.
Looking at your video now (nice job BTW). My base definetly doesn't have anything like the shaft flex that yours does judging from your video.
@@boostedmedia thanks for confirming, yeah generally it was not a positive experience at all.
@boostedmedia I was looking at the footage at 55:46. Two questions: are there any lag between the wheel dash display tele vs the on screen tele; meaning are they nsync? Do they both register the same values at the same time?
I didn’t notice any significant lag
Your big complaint, as far as i can tell, is software and a bit of flimsy design. As much as i understand the perspective of "its 600 dollars", as someone on a logitech g920 this thing looks like it would have been a DREAM first wheel, and a fair upgrade for me even now.
Do i want something like a Moza r9? yes
Do i have $659.00 PLUS another $45 for a desk clamp PLUS $159 for 2 pedals PLUS $39 for the clutch? oh yea and taxes on top?
9:10 (wheel cross-compatbility)
Did you ever try powering it on without try wheel connected? Did FFB work? That would answer that question.
How about those 6 bolts holding the hub on the wheelbase? Is it a 6x70 pcd?
Yes FFB works with no wheel connected (tested by others). I haven’t measured the PCD. Will check this week.
Cool, but we’re still waiting for ‘the most insane motion rig’ part 2 🤣 not going to buy it anyway, but want to see it in action.
MOZA is sold here in Denmark in Retail.
Moza is also sold here in New Zealand in Retail outlets.
Hey Will
I would really really want to see a review about the Nuo Evo II, because it‘s developed by just one guy from scratch. Customer Service, Software, Building and Shipping by just ONE PERSON.
I think that your channel would be an amazing platform for those kind of companys in sim racing, because they give all their passion into it.
I bought one and have been using it with Forza 5 in standard set up on Xbox. Is there a place we can go and get suggestions for each Xbox game on how to configure the Velocity One Race?
I am also looking for configuration for F1 2023…
nice mention on the TLCM pedals by Thrustmaster... my gosh those things should have had a replacement ages ago.
The graphic at 2:47 says 'VolocityOne'.
dumb question. how would you compare the force feedback of the turtlebeach vs moza r5 or even fanatec with 5nm ff?
Same question I had. I feel like higher quality less power is better than more sloppy power. I have r9 btw, love it.
Nice review. Glad theres more comp bit it does look rather plasticky and I'm still glad I spent an extra 200 pounds and bought a bundle fanatec v2 pedals with load cell and a csl dd with mclaren gt3 wheel and updated metal wheel hub. It just doesn't compare but I understand tirtle beach is going after a different price point and its use with a desk pc part time kinda use
Can Turtle Beach please tell me why the circle in the centre isnt a screen? Could easily show which gear you on or your revs. Missed opportunity in my opinion
Cost per unit
Just having them in stock and being able to ship in a timely manner will put them ahead of the game these days. It was pretty much the deciding factor in my decision to buy a GPro.
Or being able to walk into a store and buy it (or return it) over the counter.
Exactly. The Gpro arrived early at my local best buy (two days and around Christmas too) and being my first DD wheel I had no Idea if it was for me or not so a convenient return option was part of the decision also@@boostedmedia
The Huge Turtle Beach logo makes it look cheap. Nice IT crowd reference on your shirt 😄
I can't wait for a company to come out with an all metal baseplate for the pedals to help the flexing issue, as well as a sturdier bracket for the button box.
Im not familiar with Turtlebeach, will there be a Playstation version of this?
That’s a very good point! Could put a small block of wood or something behind it to just allow enough room for the cables I suppose.
@@boostedmedia yeah I guess there are workarounds! We always find them for the love of simracing haha
Canada's Computers (Canada's Micro Center) sells Moza off the shelf!!
It's pretty awesome!
Variety of vases wheels and pedals in stock. Shifters and hand breaks too
I use a R9
I have their Flight Sim Yoke, and this wheel seems to have the same philosophy (features over build quality), but not as well executed as that is. The throttle quadrant attachment is much sturdier than the button box is. Plus all the inputs can be mapped even on Xbox (to be fair, it might only just be MSFS that allows this on Xbox). The Engine Start button functionality is a huge head scratcher
Yeeeees!!! Lets GoooOOOOoooo!!!

You should collab with Linus tech tips and show him how to set up their rig.
That's gotta be a good video!
I dont think Linus would be interested in doing a collab with a tiny channel like this. It has absolutely zero benefit for them.
@boostedmedia what if this comment gets enough likes? Or even just your reply does?
If we can get 5k likes, would you maybe consider pitching the idea to them?

Hey man! Could you review MVHstudios wheels in the future?
I don't see the link to the manual in the description mentioned in the video?
for the money seems just right special if you get bored of sim racing not a lot of money spent
Shifting turning on/off from Start/stop to the covered switch should be Turtle Beaches first priority when making next version.
Would you prefer this wheel over the Moza r3 just based off performance?
Are the brake pedals SUPER HARD for anyone else? Any game I have to slam the brakes. I ended up bending the cord because i was slamming them so hard so get full braking, and changing the sensitivity does nothing!
Set the sensitivity to 100%. The other two settings are ridiculous. But yes if it’s your first time using a load cell brake it will take some getting used to.
I wonder if H patter shifter will come out eventually, I'd like to say yes since it looks like they'll have different wheel rims ?
Would you recommend the moza r3 over this?
Did you do the firmware update before the review ?
Yes
Wow, I really enjoyed this review
Hi, I know you sed it has the same screw points as the g29 (logitech), so my question is will the velocityone wheel screw onto a playseat evolution? Need to know befor buying one 🤔
Thanks.
I ordered the MOZA R5 bundle a couple weeks before this came out. Was worried I made a mistake not waiting…Not anymore.
Yep. That’s the hangup for me too. It’s. It’s not in the same league as the McLaren bundle which is very close in price.
Wait for the big discounts. Anything in bricks and mortar gets some big discounts if you're willing to look around and wait. Thrustmaster I've seen at 40% off, Logitech 50% off, so I'd expect something similar down the line.
Why not compare to Cammus C5/C12?
We did in the conclusions. Didn’t including pricing because the shipping cost varies massively with Cammus and they aren’t Xbox compatible.
Feels odd to see a Turtle Beach wheel. I still remember their awesome sound cards and trying to get DOS drivers to load in memory.
Does anyone know if this has a shifter?
24:11 Lmao bro looks absolutely locked in there. Just look at his face.
Would you say that this is better than a Moza R3?
curious to know if you have already or plan to cover the BavarianSimTec ΩPRO? (i posted this on an older video also by mistake)
At this stage I honestly have no idea. I had a meeting with them many months ago to organise it. They wanted to go ahead. The they ghosted me. Managed to get back to get back in touch and they said they’re struggling to fulfil orders. So I guess they aren’t gonna interested anymore.
@@boostedmedia that’s understandable, hopefully they can sort their issues out and you can get hold of a unit.
Wish you and your team the best
These camera's angles at the beginning made the wheel to look the half size of your body. 😮
Problem is, Moza is saying that for 1.5 years now. I believe this project has failed. Why has MS licensed turtle beach but not Moza?
@@YourDailyR they only announced the r3 6 months ago. The delay is on Microsofts end, moza has proven proven to pump out units and new products quickly. Production is not an issue for moza.
@@GTdriver81 I got it but TB announced theirs, what? 2 months ago? How can they get licensed and Moza not?
@@YourDailyR that's a question for Microsoft. Moza doesn't have production issues, they just released a sequential handbrake and trucking wheel, also no r5, r9, r12 , r16 or r21's on backorder.
@@GTdriver81 do you think MS really cares? Moza wants(or no) to sell. How can you make all marketing counting on someone else’s dependency? I’ve emailed the and they never mentioned MS in the equation. I never seen anything in any site regarding MS being the problem.

Be aware that Turtle Beach always lacks behind in Firmware support and with the VelocityOne Yoke they didn’t even include all features since the firmware wasn’t done!!
Just wondering is there a part 2 to the ultimate sim rig? Did I miss it? Uploaded a couple months ago

Would you recommend this over the Moza r5 bundle? R5 currently 459 and the velocityone currently 499. My wheel currently is a t150. The Moza R5 is the better value bundle. You can buy relatively cheap pedal mods to bring them up to standard.

The analog paddles might be for disabled people that can't use there feet?
Man speaking of rotating mass dampening a wheel base, my new asetek button box and round wheel totally deadened my TK wheelbase!!! Bummed me out a little, but it may force me to go on up to the invicta to get what I want out of it eventually haha. I was surprised to find this.. my aliexpress wheel (piece of junk) didn’t do that, of course a basic round wheel with no button box doesn’t do that, and the stock formula wheel doesn’t do that.
That’s interesting because sure I didn’t find it had a massive impact on our La Prima base. What strength are you running your base at?
No more Madcatz. They've been out of business for years.
I currently have a Logitech G923 PlayStation edition. I’ve been looking at upgrading to a direct drive wheel. But I want one that can work on PlayStation so I can play GT7. Been looking at both Fan and Moza. Probably end up with something from them.
seems like the pedals flex more the way you have it hanging over the mounting area. Still not confidence inspiring either way. great review as always
I want to buy my first sim bundle. I want DD and don't want to spend more than I need to. Hard with so many choices. Probably will go Moza but R3, R5? No idea what to buy

Thanks for the video
Had mine for not even a month and it making a loud clicking noise from the direct drive
so basically, in australia, your better off buying the fanatec csl DD bundle, and chuck in the load cell brake and table stand, and it would still be cheaper and better overall.
Why is this not playstation compatible?? will they make one?
Their next version I’ll be keeping an eye out because if they’re smart, they’ll learn from this product and tweak a few things.
Hi guys, this was the only place i could think to ask the following question, has Barry Rowland at Sim Racing Garage been sick?, no Videos for months. Big fan of both channels.
