Your editing is so well done! it's often hard to translate through the lens of a camera what it's truly like in such epic conditions, but I really had the feeling that I was right there on the boat with you. Cheers!
I have to say you've done a wonderful job on the refit and your little boat is looking simply amazing and so much more comfortable. She kind of reminds me of a story we read in grade school as children here in the states about the "Little Engine that Could". I don't think your little boat thinks she's little at all and with all the love and skill you've put into her I don't think she is. I think she easily punches above her weight class when it comes to things like comfort and ability. I'm also very happy to see all the added safety features and how much you both respect just how dangerous sailing can be. Another thing that made me very happy was seeing just how nice your new water maker looks and that it's been gone through and installed correctly. Many people may not realize just how important and safety enhancing it can be. Now no matter what as long as it's working properly water will no longer be a concern. I'm so happy for the two of you living the life you've chosen not something that was forced onto you. I wish you nothing but fair winds and safe travels, God Bless...
May your wind be easy, your head clear .. I have been watching you as a couple since the first episode .. Lovingly! from Silivri, Istanbul/Turkey. Good luck for new Jurney...
Twas but a sea breeze. Back in the sailing days of old the barges used to use the early morning breeze down the channel to leave Hobart and then use the afternoon sea breeze to come back up channel home to Hobart.
Just watched all the refit videos in a week. You guys have done an incredible job, and thanks for all your knowledge. I have learnt a lot. Now, to watch the rest of the video's and see how you went crossing the bight.
Such a wonderful refit! And what a great proof of your dedication to doing the job right. The time you took to explain each little detail is much appreciated as I imagine none can say it wasn't worth it now! And!... Your sailing! Looking forward to the new adventure. Stay safe, stay happy and thank you so much for what you do for us!
NOVEMBER 6, 2021: WOW! You guys are terrific sailers, adventures, givers and teachers. This video was exciting to watch from the comforts of home. Yet, "permission to come aboard " enters my dreams. Please allow me: Troy you are a remarkable individual on many fronts, safety first, thorough preparations, depth of knowledge, and a sweet disposition shared with many. Of course, without question, the world can sense your partner's hard-fought abundance of complementing skills which PRODUCES and delivers wonderful videos. Thank you both! Richard
The wife and I were at Kettering marina only a couple weeks ago. Lovely Marina. Shame we were not there earlier and got to say G'day and thanks for the vids.
Reminds me of when I had invited a never-before-sailor GF for a chill 2 day return sail back to my tiny sailer's home port. We had been tied to a private dock downwind on an island and hadn't been able to make well-cooked meals since the stove was broken and the constant rain made it impossible to fire up the bbq. "Ok, we got to go" I said. Since we had been completely sheltered from the wind I didn't notice the true gale blowing and hoisted both main and jib without any reefing. O'boy we were blow sideways just out of the leeward. My GF freaked out and managed to turn the boat and head back to the dock faster than Mr Bolt. So, at the end of the day, my real life take-home lessons were: 1) never underestimate possible wind and/or avoid/forget the forecast, 2) if in doubt, reef in time, but best 3) start out with 60-70-80% sail until you understand both the current and the predicted weather situation 100%.
Epic start to your voyage! As a sailing couple you both are unstoppable and quite bad ass. You truly depict what it means to be “real” sailors, especially on a small yacht beautifully refit sailing in notoriously rough waters. I’m certainly impressed from the comforts of Florida’s west coast. Fair winds and cheers.
Hi, I have just found your fantastic sailing show and wow! You have a perfect set up for a couple The music and photography are simply amazing and your boat is the perfect size to be in the water while still being luxurious. The sailing sounds are very soothing and beautiful. Love Love this!! 🌹🎶🌹🎵🎵🎵
I started watching your channel from episode one three months ago and have finally got up to date today. I have enjoyed the ride so far and am looking forward to your next adventures. Good luck and fair winds.Rob MacKenzie SV Wild Dove, Largs, Scotland.
Wow! Amazing footage of some hairy conditions! Mother Nature wanted to see what you remembered! Looking forward to the upcoming episodes! Take good care!
Great to see you back on the water again! Safety is always paramount so glad to see you are using the 'AIS' devices. Wishing you both everything of the very best going forward. Cheers for now.
Great to see you back out on the water :) Wow, what a way to test everything out on your maiden sail! Nice work Rob @ ClientSat for helping look after Troy & Pascale too :)
3 Hrs. of spray in the face Suk it up butter cupp, tryed tested and yes you have done a great job of the refit and the test was epic keep the lawyer safe and happy (all you can do) you guys are just AWSOME
I enjoy the quality of your work and how shipshape everything is on board. I spent a year with my 5 year old and wife on a Tripp designed 28 foot Bright finished hull sailing from New England to lower Bahamas on to Eluthera and Long island. As with your boat we sometimes sailed "thru" the seas as you also do. Sail on safely RNB
Wow! 'just discovered you two and am in awe of your sailing .......... from an old mariner in NE England Cheers!
Unbelievable, Mirrool looks like a brand new boat! You guys have done an outstanding job, I'm in awe of your skills.

You two are amazing. Beautiful and respectful in all ways. Cheers
Anyone else lean to Starboard to help keep them from flipping? Especially @5:45... I sure did!!! 😎 Stay safe out there you two! Cheers 🍻
I've had some landlubbers on my boat that would freak out when the waves started coming over the toerail .... 😁⛵
Yup! Leaning enough that the wife was looking at me funny! (At least she had a good reason this time!!🤣)
I tilted my phone... I think it helped!!
Happy to see the added overboard protection. Congrats to you two from Huntsville Alabama USA.
