Thank you Brene Brown for teaching me on what politeness means!
You cannot open your heart again without it
She is amazing
She is beyond brilliant! Incredible Netflix Doc!
I have avoided speaking out on social media or even spending much time liking sharing or posting why because I didn't want to pretend like I have it all together and even if I did show the great things that I have in life I know somebody would try to rip me to shreds and save it I must have not deserved it or earned it because how could I possibly be that amazing
What is more terrifying than going after something that you want or even allowing it to occur or allowing to yourself to receive something or someone and then having it disappear or even he told that you didn't deserve it in the first place
Yes we are terrified of Joy because that's what hurt us in the first place right we did something that we enjoyed doing and then it got taken away from us
The best people get rejected the most often the ones with the most honest intentions and tender Caring Hearts that were truly giving and we're truly ready to love in any way that they could whether it be just being an excellent friend or even the perfect love match
We store negative experiences in our long-term memory to keep us protected it's harder for us to remember the good times I think that's stored in our short-term memory
The worst part is we live for other people more than we live for ourselves and what determines if they will show up at your funeral is most likely the convenience of the time and day location and the weather
Is that really the worst part? Ur already dead at that point, you can't tell who goes to your funeral or not anyways.
LL, I hope 11mths down the track you are ok and life is proving less difficult.
People that are the best at loving themselves and other people tend to stay out of relationships for years intend to take forever to find the one why because they're truly giving and all they do is tell the truth and all they do is offer things to other people but boy do they have trouble receiving it
That happens to be the truth again my wife is all about herself she doesn't understand that other problems our family have I believe she is selfish or just doesn't get it I hope in time that she will change now that both of us are stuck in home with this virenous being closer can maybe the change we need for us both I need the help or I have to go away then she would understand how. I fell doing all the things like paying bills over &over and my wife keeps her money to herself & always for. herself please help me with my. problem philipchiecuto@gmail.com

@@ruthklimasz5510 ok now
Love, love love her!
Being brave completely takes wrestling from with vulnerability out of the equation in my opinion being brave is just not caring anymore and just doing it anyways or is that just being courageous I don't know I don't have a dictionary right now just stating some ideas that I have running through my brain
I was in a relationship where the man had 15 animals and he loved animals more than humans he chose me over dogs he ended up dying three months later after the last time that I had to leave him over this I have never had a dog myself and I never thought about the fact that I could lose one cuz I was thinking about getting one just to make sure that I feel safe at night or like somebody who might like me LOL or even love me LOL but now bring up the point that I could lose the pet I can't deal with any more losses alone
Most people that I have met refuse to communicate open communication is key and healing unless dying of depression or dying of a broken heart it happens all the time it manifests in so many ways too many ways and people say they died of .....?
I wear my heart on my sleeve and I am a wounded soldier I have post-traumatic stress syndrome that has never been diagnosed why because how could anything that I speak of possibly happened to somebody who looks like me and behaves like me
She's my favorite! Unless you are in the ARENA with me your opinion doesn't count!!!!!!!!
Fm
Pretending to be successful is people's most common problem in my opinion
😱 I love Brene. I hope you do a longer interview!
Hey Ryan can I talk to you for hours? I admire your journey
❤️❤️❤️❤️
People call it complaining people call it a drama queen people call it crazy people call it annoying people call it stop talking keep your mouth shut I don't want to be around her oh I can't stand her people call it everything but can they just call it the truth so people can heal instead of crying themselves to sleep every night or even avoiding sleep like I have for over 18 years my worst fear is going to sleep cuz I'm afraid that maybe I didn't do enough to earn the privilege to possibly live tomorrow instead of force myself to pretend to be happy about everything that never happened and never matter to anybody but me
I can relate to the dog thing 100%, except it’s a cat. 😥

Sounds like she's against the Stoic life. Also explains the Evil eye.
Overall success is a lot of people's biggest fear
Yes it makes people wait until they were 40 or 50 or maybe never to get married or remarried or even go on a date rather than just friends hanging out or whatever or becoming a complete workaholic and finding all your joy there but don't touch me don't kiss me don't tell me to call you etcetera Etc
You can choose disappointment or you can accept the fact that you are disappointed because that is an actual thing that you should be feeling people usually reject to feel the emotions in which they need to fill in order for them to start the healing process and to learn the lesson so it shall never occur again people pretend like they have it all together and that it didn't hurt and they train themselves that way so eventually they truly believe that that's who they are there just so strong and stuff right and they don't shed a tear because that's weak okay well where does that pain end up if it doesn't get let out in some fashion it stays in the body or they take it out on someone or something or cover it up in some way either way it still remains in the body in the spirit were is pushed on to somebody else or something else excetera excetera excetera that's how illnesses are created in the body is not venting not allowing ourselves to feel emotionally what we do feel or not even allowing ourselves to think about it how do you think that affects a person's brain can be trains the brain in a way that is unhealthy and sometimes the brain could even small explosions in the neural pathways etc people will fill a bottle or fill a prescription rather than feel their feelings and let them be communicated to someone who can help them or even just to vent it is releasing it from the body in some way.
Kindness kills sometimes
Are they true stories?
Well yes it keeps people out of relationships and getting too close to people because they can't take any more losses
Why do you have trouble saying sorry what does it make you feel when you admit that you are sorry perhaps you can just say I apologize because whenever somebody tells me I'm sorry then I just say to them it's okay you're not a sorry person are you? Just apologize next time
Completely Top Pop & Hip Hop is goody 😄
Which I spent about five years in non-directive therapy that was not as effective as what I know can retrain your brain
I know an excellent therapy that retrains the brain works better than non-directive therapy
Is this human or just American?
She just explained its human.
