Thanks man. It definitely wasn't easy haha! We have a few more of these videos posted on our channel if you're interested. We also have online training where we post (3) 45 minute and (1) 30 minute Krav Maga Conditioning classes per week for online members. It's just $50 per month if you'd like to check it out. We have a few full classes on our channel to try out as well. Either way, thanks for watching the video.
Did you know we have an online membership where I post 4 complete follow-along workouts for the bag like this every single week? Completely new workouts! It's a stream of my class. Let me know if you're interested.
Awesome Ganon_. That's a very big compliment that you follow this workout so often. I'll do my best to make some more for you, and others who enjoy this type of video. Thanks again! :)
That's awesome man. As someone who just started Krav Maga and wants to improve cardio/punching/kicks, what kind of low-cost heavy bag would you recommend? Looking at the Everlast 100 pounds on today's blackfriday sale (140$ cad shipped). Would hang it in my apartment, space is def a concern. Thanks and looking forward to more content :)
Hey H3ft, thanks for the kind words and question. I apologize for the delay in answering. I would recommend the one you asked about for boxing training, but if you're planning to practice your kicks, a full 6' banana bag would be your best bet. The ones in the video and in our gym were bought from Amazon for about $200. That's definitely kind of pricey, but we use them every day for hardcore training and have for 4 years and they still look brand new! Try searching Amazon for "Ringside 100-pound Muay Thai Punching Heavy Bag". I hope this helps. Thanks again. - Shannon
I have punching bag at home i didn't get lesson about boxing or somethin does it injure my wrist if i use mma gloves or should i get regular ones for training ?
MMA Gloves are great for training. You can also use traditional boxing handwraps (180") and wrap them according to a good video on RUclips to protect your wrist. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!
These are Revgear 8oz MMA gloves. Great gloves that last a LONG time. I've been using my pair for probably two years and they're still perfect condition.
Hi mate i find the normal boxing gloves uncomfortable for the bag espescially the thumb part, could i train with those type of mma gloves ur wearing or can they mess up my hands?
I prefer using the MMA Gloves like in this video for bag work. Of course, if you don't make a proper fist you could lead yourself to injury with any gloves type. But the benefits of the MMA glove is that you can more accurately strike with the proper knuckles due to less padding between the bag and your fist. You can also use your hands for grabbling and clinching the bag. Make sure you get a good quality pair of gloves with solid wrist support. You can go to www.NomadKravMaga.com/Gear for a list of good gear!
I don't, but it's always a good suggestion to do so. I find that the wrist support of a good pair of MMA gloves works well to protect my wrist when striking the bag. But of course, everyone is different.
Dude. That's taking HIIT to the next level. And you made it look so easy. Liked and subscribed.

When you take it to the heavy bag I especially love it! Thank you 😊
Brutal Workout damn!!! Could you tell me if that kind of gloves are good for grappling??
Grappling with striking, I suppose? I'd recommend 8oz MMA gloves (Sometimes called "puffy gloves"). Those work really well.
