I love those high speed sets....and the 1000+' of extend-a-tow. Nice shot, Quin. You guys really did build some nice boats. I know Clayton and Kelly are loving theirs. Tom is still trying to get his to pass sea-trials. Knowing Tom, he'll make it up in time for the season.
Yeah those boats don’t look as good as mine but looks aren’t everything 😝
Theirs are more functional in many ways!
These shots are incredible.
Thanks @Rogue! Now I need to get proficient with my drone for those external shots.
@@SaltWaterSalmon Take it one flight at a time. 👍
@@roguemarineadvisors Roger that!
Awesome!!
Thanks @Fish Tough!
Hey thanks for pulling us off the beach in ugashik, that next tide series was brutal, ya saved our bacon on that one
Hey no worries! I’ve been pulled off that same beach at least 3 times over the years…glad to be able to lend a hand. 🍻
Now, this is what we like to hear!
@@MarineJetPower team work!
Awesome. Really laying down some net there.
Thanks for the comment Mark!
Watching this in my office, landlocked in CO, daydreaming of being on the Bay!
We are getting ready to head for Naknek next week!
So bad ass, I really really miss the bay
It’s been really good the past several years!
awesome!!
You should come next year!
Fishing in Bristol Bay has changed a lot since they allowed powerboats in 1951.
Yes Sir! My friend just bought a used boat, 3 years old for almost $900k! Those old Woodies with 65 horse Perkins didn't cost that much!
Good. Video
Thanks Eddy.
Does this boat only fish salmon? You're stretching the nets. can bonito and bluefish be hunted by making the nets into circles?
Yeah this boat only fishes salmon for ~40 days/year. Years ago we used to fish for herring too but not anymore, sadly. Honestly it's a bit of a waste of my resources, this boat just sitting on the docks most of the year. I don't know squat about catching bonito/bluefish! where do you fish at?
Thank you, do you sell salmon as well? How can people buy?
I don’t sell Salmon retail at the moment. Sorry 😞
I would head over to www.thefishprincess.com and see if Chani has any salmon still.... Thanks for your comment!
How many feet does your boat have and what is the name bought it from
32 feet. Peregrine Boats is who made mine.
Hey brother, can you tell me one of the companies in Alaska that make a boats or sale them.
Sure, most of the boats are not made in Alaska. Rather they are made on the west coast, mostly in/around Bellingham Wa. There is Rozema Boatworks in Bay View Wa, Aliotti Enterprises in Bellingham, Madden Metalworks in B'Ham, Mavrik Marine in LaConner Wa. Mine was built by Peregrine Boats in Eagle River Ak.
@@SaltWaterSalmon ok. Thank you. My brother
@@SaltWaterSalmon l want to. Buy a 25. O 30 foot. Boat. Which. One do you Recommend.
@@eddysantana1504 bigger is almost always better!
How many feet people can sleep on the boat how many feet does it have
I see you dont video when your setting your deep gear with 500lb leds 😂
So you're a comedian now!? 😬 ...I can't have evidence out there of my 60 mesh deep secret sauce! I've actually been turned into the Troopers before because one of the Homer boys thought I had deep gear. It was a comedy for sure, the Trooper that showed up was a high school friend of mine and we were on the wrestling team together...didn't stop him from checking my gear though! Legal eagle over here man! 🙄🤑🤐
Jk yeah I just seen u setting off the bow one time it looked sorta legal lol
@@LITTUBE100 👀😳😆
I heard some vessel insurance companies are not gonna be covering boats who set fast.
😳 whaaaaat!? First I’ve heard of that, I have already renewed my policy for this coming season. I hope that rumor dies!!!
@@SaltWaterSalmon yea I heard this not to long ago.
@@907iceage thanks for the heads up!
U guys top 400k this year? Saw y’all thuggin all season
We had a great season for sure! #thuglife
Man I would like to work for you I’m 24 i live in GA don’t have experience with fishing boats but Im smart & can learn quick beside guys who know what they’re doing like this group you have. & btw your float plane is nice would like to fly one
Ha! I wish that plane was mine. It belongs to a lifelong friend…
Come on up to AK! There are always good boats looking for hard working folks…I have a full crew now though. This fishery is doing well right now and it seems everyone is making good money.
Sure man thanks I wouldn’t mind going to Alaska at all its a beautiful place haha but a real harsh terrain
Mann soo.dangerous.....
Yeah it's a bit scary.
Really don't need to set like a raging maniac . If a person gets caught he'll be ripped to shreds by the net . Dangerous
Yeah it’s not for the faint of heart! Honestly, it’s not my favorite thing to do, sometimes though…you gotta go get that bag! 💰
