How much did that cost to do that .. very smart idea
@@anthonymirkovich5156 short answer is DAMN Expensive. Although it wasn’t my dime! 🤣🤣🤣
@ gotcha good idea though .. one day I’ll get to do it over the Naknek kvichak district
@ how’s the duck hunting been? Been pretty good in the valley
@ yeah it was a fun trip!
We could watch this all day long
@@MarineJetPower I’m ready for the 2025 season…NOW! 🤣
That's a nice set. What area do you fish?
This was last season in Ugashik.
@@greenbanana1x1 thanks for asking! I didn't get much content from this season, sadly.
…if you need a deckhand, ï am available. 👋🏼 …or if you know of a skipper that is in need of one.
I'm not looking at the moment but there is always someone [that's worth working for] needing crew u here. Have you been to the bay/picked fish/worked on a commercial boat before?
Pretty easy to say don't take that 2nd shot from a lazy boy. If we're honest, most of us have taken shots we regret!
This is super helpful. It seems mine was probably one of the last ones manufactured with the shooting high problem. Hopefully I can just do this and fix the issue or maybe I will just send this back to Benelli after the season is over.
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I'm going to send mine back at well, to Benelli or Rob Roberts. I hear they do good work also.
You guys were fun to fish by last year, Luna Mar threw a bunch of water balloons at us during the fast few days. Good dudes.
@@Scouters7 gotta keep it fun!
I own 3 final rise now for a few years and I would highly recommend them. Also grab a sidekick for training or quail hunts
Living in Cordova is my dream. Eyak, Sheridan, and Rude rivers. All the offshore fishing. Blacktails, goats, Black Bears to hunt. Mt Eyak to shred. Heli Skiing if you can afford it.

Your opening shot at 00.34 is just perfect when your munsterlander pops out and holds and then goes at the shot. Great moment captured on film. Awesome my man!
Thank You Kind Sir! River and I haven't done much duck hunting the past couple of years...that section of the Columbia River is tough sledding! Lots of birds around but getting them into shotgun range isn't so easy! No agriculture nearby to entice them...
Before we hit the water I told him it didn’t seam safe to not have any rails on the bow. He thought it was fine. We hung off the bow for every set He took it out of gear as I leaned forward to get a loop around the forward side of the cleat and away I went still holding onto the line thank god. There’s no floating with all that gear on

@@howielee945 hahaha, I feel you! I switched back to my trusty ol 11-87, had her since I was 19 years old! I really need to send this SBE3 back to Benelli.
@ This is the second SBE 3 I owned and I am totally disappointed. I was thinking about moving the collar on the magazine tube lower too but I am not sure if that would void the warranty.
@ I’m not sure either. One viewer did mention though that moving that collar away from the ‘barrel ring’ (if that’s what it’s called) could cause the weld to fatigue prematurely… I tend to think he’s right!
shout out to the Oregon as well.

What are you guys using??? I fish ibek and alaganic and the coho and 6/10 times they bite then I don’t get anymore forever. I live right by AK outfit co and the salmon stack up on my beach and if wanted you can pet them. That combo creates trout that love the salmon eggs
@@emmettkennedy8388 morning. This fish was caught on a red cobras #4(if memory serves) BUT, those chartreuse Vibrax spinners in 4 or 5 are flat out fish killers. I do see a lot of folks using a bit of red yarn in their setup for Ibek creek…

The easiest way to make red caviar ( slightly salted caviar test ): boil water, drop Ukrainian salt, put piece of fresh cleaned potato , as soon as potato will go to top of water, stop salting water and boiling., You will need this salt water with regular room temperature. Drop red eggs into salt water you made and keep it in about 5 minutes or 4:00 depends of water salt concentration ( it's extremely important ). You can start tasting eggs after 4 minutes if you want to get red caviar with low salt test. After that remove red caviar from salt water and wash eggs under room temperature by running water from the tap to get rid of rest of salt remaining on the eggs. then put eggs on paper towels to make them a little dry ( 40 minutes ), use spray with grape seeds oil ( a little ). Put red caviar in jars and keep it refrigerated. or put in freezer ( if you want to eat it within one year ). To separate eggs from the skin: water 50-60 C, keep eggs in warm water by rubbing eggs by hands slightly . Then wash it couple of times. Guys ! You can make it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@alexbee564 thanks for the info! I gotta try that version, I’ve had a couple folks tell me to try it that way…🍻
It's hard to think of porcupines living in that area. I run into them quite a bit hunting grouse in the U.P. of Michigan. Luckily my dog has never bothered with them but I've seen the disaster they can cause on dogs that push their luck. Nice pair of Munsters.
@@davidcudlip6587 yeah, I just returned from a week in Montana where one of the golden retrievers ended up with a face full of quills. Not as bad as it could have been though! 🍻

Where is your Shim Kit that came with your Shotgun? I never heard of moving that predetermined welded collar?
@@michaeldelrossi4487 oh I shimmed the shim right out of this gun. Only thing left is to start stacking those shims or send it to Rob Robert’s or back to Benelli to get fixed. It clearly doesn’t shoot right. TBH, this fix is not a permanent solution…as pointed out by a viewer…”if that collar doesn’t have the proper support, it’ll fail sooner or later”…
I am confused on the shims, could you help me? The book makes it sounds like you need a plastic cast and plastic drop shim. I took mine apart and I had one plastic shim near trigger and one steel shim by the butt. Am I crazy, I just need one plastic and one steel?
Hey, I'm in Mexico at the moment and can't offer you lot of time or meaningful guidance, but I think the Benelli video is pretty helpful. Hopefully you haven't seen it yet...short answer is you only a little crazy! LOL. It took me a minute to wrap my head around what goes where also....here's that vid from the manufacturer...ruclips.net/video/alYJH66tN18/видео.htmlsi=F9wX9GaM3n4kc2On
@@SaltWaterSalmon I think I am good. I adjusted the shim. I shot trap last night and shot 66%. With the stock shim I shot 18%. I think I am set for Duck Season. When you shot 18%... it will make you CRAZY!!
@@BradleyBrowns Oh yeah for sure! Glad you getting it dialed in!
I guess I must have the only one that doesn't shoot high, I just bought it this week and patterned 2 days ago. I would say that I'm pretty close to 50/ 50 at 25 yards within modified choke installed. Now mine is a 20 gauge SBE 3 Be.s.t. and I love it. 🤔👍
@@Opiemus glad to hear it! Another fellow commented a few days ago that Benelli told him the issue was fixed this past year. I just need to send mine in for a little tweak…
@@SaltWaterSalmonmaybe that's the case cuz like I said I just bought it last week. And I am aiming Dead on and not using the European style of aiming at 6:00 . I was prepared to adjust it with shims but didn't need to. By the way I see you comment you just bought a Stoeger I just bought on the 6th of this month and sent it back to them this past Friday because the forearm had a crack in it. It's a pretty gun with the Walnut stock and burnt bronze cerakote barrel. I was pretty happy with it but it's not nearly as reliable as the Benelli, at least not yet I've only shot 21 shows through it. 😉
I bought mine new yesterday and just got back from sporting clays and mine is shooting very high.
@@nicholasvardas3440 🤦🏻♂️ soooo, they HAVENT fixed the issue! Work those shims then try my fix if your shims don’t help enough!

well, as I read the regs I can keep everything larger than 3.25 inches...everything we caught today was well over that.
Whats the difference in these lobsters and the ones caught by the commercial fisherman other than size? Im just curious
So i was being flippant calling them "lobster" these are really Signal Crayfish. These are a fresh water species native in the Pacific Northwest.
I was debating on a SBE 3 wood or a new Browning A5 Hunter, this video made the decision much easier. Browning A5 all the way, the design/looks/no polymer will age better anyway.
@@Texze I bought a $300 Stoeger 🤣 Going grouse hunting in the morning! We’ll see how it goes…
Enjoy! Ps, when was the gun manufactured? I just called Benelli and they said the newer production guns don’t have this issue. Not so sure I believe that.
