SEAMLESS MASKING TRANSITION EFFECT | After Effects Tutorial

In this weeks video we are going to learn how to create seamless masking transition effects in After Effects. It is a really subtle effect to hide your cuts instead of using a hard cut between clips.
If you plan out your shot beforehand to work with the effect then you will get the best results!
We will be using Adobe After Effects to cut up our clips, adding some speed ramping, warp stabilization and then using the pen tool to mask out a frame block objects in each shot to create the masking transition.

Thanks for the video and hopefully you might still be checking comments. Is masking like this possible if the scenes are in OBS? I am looking to have an object rotate as it wipes across the screen it clears "scene a" and reveals "scene b".
