4 EASY WAYS to Create a TIME STUTTER GLITCH EFFECT | Premiere Pro Tutorial

  • In this weeks video we are going to learn 4 easy ways how to create a time stutter/skip glitch effects using cuts in Premiere Pro. It is a really simple effect to create and can work really well when you have the right song to cut to and a fair amount of movement in your scene.
    You can get creative by mixing the 4 methods together and creating something new!
    We will be using Adobe Premiere Pro to cut up our clips using the razor tool and then we will be duplicating the cuts and at some point using the slip tool to create the time stutter effect.

      Not OP but I'd probably turn it down about 3 dB. If they didn't like the song choice nothing to do about that. Anyway, not sure why this was in my recommended but nice vid, it's better quality than a lot I've seen with 10k+ views.

      Great Tut! But yeah that music... It repeats over and over and not much variety. The higher pitch cuts through I feel and make it more noticeable. Also since this one has music on the video you are working on they clash quite a bit. Great ideas here though. I wanna try this with an echo effect as well in AE someday.
