Next season is a major concern. We are so far away from being a good football team. I hate the thought of losing Watt but I would trade him. It would be better in the long run. We need picks. Pickens need to go for sure. He’s a cancer. I’ve always defended Tomlin but everything runs it’s course. He’s not motivating this team at all. We don’t show up to play. Get a #1 pick for him. Don’t promote from within no matter what. We need fresh eyes from HC to OC. Then there’s Pickett. I like him him but he’s looked so bad. He’s gonna have to undergo the most amazing transformation ever seen to be the guy. Our entire QB roster has been just awful.
Trade Tomlin. Washington or San Diego can pay him $100 million to go 9-8

If Tomlin was white, he would have been fired long ago. But it seems agendas must be satisfied. The noise around Cowher was brutal, and he wasn’t handed a HOF franchise QB. When he finally got one, he won a SB and had to retire because of his wife’s health the following season.
Noll and Cowher built a championship team. Tomlin destroyed one.

When I saw Pickens at Tomlin’s house for Thanksgiving. I genuinely thought that there was going to be some change in his behavior. Instead, it’s been quite opposite. This season was a huge let down.

This might be the best QB draft class since 2004! After the big three of Willams, Maye, and Daniels who might be up there with Manning, Rivers, and Big Ben then you have 3 more in McCarthy, Penix jr., and Nix that could go the first round. 7-10 might land us one of the big three or make it a smaller move up to get one of them. Trade Tomlin and you could have your pick of the top three QB's.

Like Jerry said, the Bengals got Burrow and their team essentially 180’d. Both contracts would carry over. Keep Tomlin and see how he does with a top 5 QB and with whatever WR group. This team needs a leader with the way the NFL is offensively schemed now.

Trade them all. Really need to be aggressive and move up the board to get a premium QB. I love Kenny and he is a nice guy but if he isn’t premium then he can be the next Mason. It’s been a fun ride having winning expectations for our team. We’ve reached the point of needing a ground up rebuild, and I think it’ll weed out fans *of a winning team* versus fans of the franchise. The goal should be to win 4 games next year and maybe the following. Kenny Tank Commander. Secure some franchise-shaping picks through losing and trading assets. I think it's perfectly acceptable to thank Coach Tomlin for the early success winning one Superbowl and getting us to another but at the same time say he has overstayed his welcome. Think about all the things we want the Steelers to do, certain things like a coaching change we have to just hope and pray they get out of their own way of doing business to change this ship. The Steelers needs to run the ball more . When Steelers went on that win streak last year at end of season to be in running for playoffs and this year the Steelers Ran the ball. When Steelers run the ball with Najee and Warren it works the clock to keep defense fresh and not constantly on the field . It’s proven when Steelers run the ball they play so much better .

Steelers are that old person that refuses to get a cell phone or a computer. They don't change. Our drafts in the past 7 or 8 years have not been good and it's caught up with us.
If Tomlin has truly lost this team so this might force Rooney's hand. Go get Ben Johnson from the lions or somebody similar.
Tomlin and his pets like Dan Moore, Harvin, Pat Pete and Najee as well as continuing to play O line out of position is infuriating! You screwed up with Kendrick Greene, Kevin Dotson and now B Jones! So stupid!
If Rooney doesnt then he needs to retire too (he is 71) and his son is ready to take over. Fire 90% of the coaches as well as the overpaid vets like Turnover trubs, chuks, pat pete, mason cole, Larry O and anybody else like Harvin.
Start afresh and be an offensive minded team. I would also def draft a qb, RT and center 1st 3 rounds. Also ILB, wr and cb later drafts. FA defensive line, safety & slot cb.

Yeah its gonna take a full rebuild to fix this team. I would seriously consider trading george pickens. It's hard for me to say trade tj because you could always build around him but I understand the logic. But we're in uncharted territory right now. Gotta tear down to build up
moving TJ is only if you’re rebuilding asap. If you’re gonna keep trying to piece it together for a run, you keep him. Or sign Kirk, you keep him. In these times, you have to use your assets wisely to ensure you have future assets. He’s one biggest asset.

May be a divisive opinion but how bout Jim Harbaugh? The guy knows how to build a roster and is a straight up winner. He's not staying at Michigan and name me a better franchise as a potential HC to work for? Job stability for years and a fairly talented roster all things considered. Just my 2 cents and feel free to hate on my comment lol. Tomlin has to go. We haven't been a solid, Super Bowl caliber team going on a decade and he wasted the talent on those teams too. To not make a Super Bowl with Ben, Bell, AB, Bryant, JuJu, the elite O line and opportunistic defense is a truly fireable offense.

Rudolph being named the starter is what this team needs badly . Rudolph will shine against bengals . I figured Tomlin would start Rudolph and either let him save Tomlin winning season streak/ make playoffs or put the blame on him. Either way it’s on Tomlin . Rudolph has kept his mouth shut for years about being the starter . They sign Mitch then draft KP and Rudolph still don’t play and he knows the play book , Rudolph learned behind BigBen plus he can be the leader this Steelers offense needs .

I'm scared as a die hard Steelers that FN Tomlin will be back. I have a hard time watching his gangster walk on the sidelines and listening to his press conferences with his worthless Tomlinisms. I want to be a Steelers fan but it's getting extremely HARD.
Injuries are an excuse. Browns and Bengals are both banged up. But are ahead of us. TOMLIN got that job for one reason and one reason only. I never thought he was a good coach. He had Big Ben for all those years only reason he has the record he has.

Big Ben said it best on his Podcast Channel Seven . Who is the leader on this Steelers team especially the Offense. U don’t see anyone grabbing anyone by face mask from there attitude etc. Someone needs to step up and be the leader on this Steelers offense. Someone needs to spark this offense plain and simple.
We have the 14th overall pick right now and could end up with a top ten pick after this year. Act now and trade Tomlin for whatever we can get for him.
You fire everyone & trade everyone, you finally rebuild. But if the steelers wanna try again than you fix the O line, draft a center. The o line are traffic cones out there, they're gonna kill kenny out there, he should rest up for the rest of the year. He deserves better.

My guess is they will retain Tomlin but mandate that he hire a young innovative forward thinking OC and get out of the way and let the OC mold offense. They also have QB issue and have to bring in a vet or 3rd,4th round QB pick to compete with Pickett. Legit competition. Get a WR and oline and D needs help etc..many problems right now sadly.
