    I like this business model and have always thought it should work and be a real service to clients. I'm glad to see it is successful.
    However, the Trainer said he was "now going to stretch the TFL" muscle, but the hip needs to be in extension (not flexion), and external rotation (not internal rotation) before adducting in order to get that one properly. Also, it would help if clients were shown a visualized emoji-analog scale from 1-10 in order to better objectively rank a subjective status of stretch.

    OK, I need this, I have horribly painful tbands from an injury and that lady next to her should have pants on stretching like that

    "3 is a light stretch. 5 is a mild stretch." What's the difference?
